Called these guys today, Memorial Day bc I had bees coming into my house. They were out with an hour and even though it was a holiday they did not charge extra. They were very professional & knowledgable. Took care of the problem and inspected the entire exterior of my house looking for any other nests. Great job! I have also used them in the past for squirrels and mice in the attic . Always done a great job for me and all work is guaranteed!!!
Description of Work: Bees created a nest in my house through a vent.

I contacted this company to remove a squirrel from my attic that had taken residence there for about two months. Since I was in a bit of a hurry to get the animal safely removed I went with this company, which was the first company that I came across, rather than searching around and getting estimates. Their website said that they would call back quickly after filling out their online form and they did. I scheduled an appointment and a tech came on time for it. During this initial appointment they did a walk around inspection of the exterior and "isolated" port of entry for the squirrel. I disagreed and asked if the tech would come inside to look in the attic but i was assured that this was the location to focus on. He gave me a price for a one way tunnel system and closure of the hole. I asked if the hole closure included repair "to make the corner of my roof look as it did before the squirrel chewed through it." The answer he gave me was yes but if hole was bigger and needed more repair then it would cost additional. He also informed me that I needed to pay in full prior to the job. I didn't see any thing to be alarmed about so I paid and the tunnel system was installed. i had no prior experience with this type of trapping so I was unaware of what a good job looked like. I was given instructions of when to call back and for the time being, to wait for the animal to leave. Two weeks later, I called to inform the company that the animal was using the tunnel system as a pearch and appeared to not want to leave the attic. I was told to give it time that the tunnel would work but to be patient. All the while, this animal has been destroying my attic. I then noticed other openings where the animal could have been entering and exiting the attic. I believe this would have been rectified earlier if the tech had done what I asked and inspected the attic. I called again three weeks after the initial installation and this time the sent a tech. But the tech came two days late. They still would not enter my attic but went up on my roof and saw what I was originally asking about. However, in addition to getting stuck and ruining a few of my roof tiles, they wanted to charge me an additional $100 dollars to put a cage on top of my attic fan. I told him that I would have paid it before if he had just listened. He then wanted to argue in my from yard about the issue. I told him that I wasn't interested in arguing but it seemed that it could have been easily found before. Meanwhile, the squirrel is still in my attic and their one way tunnel is not working. I asked another pest control service who happened to be in the neighborhood a few days later to take a look and they informed me that there was not way the the tunnel would work the way it was installed. They also let me know that they were familiar with this company's work and that they have corrected a lot mistakes in the past of the company. To fix the issue, I went to my local hardware store and and bought hardware cloth and a havahart trap. I closed off the remaining entry points for the squirrel and set the trap. In one day the animal was caught and humanely released. But I still had this useless one way tunnel to deal with. So, I after several calls (18 to be exact) to the company to get them to remove the trap and fix the hole, they finally called me back and wanted me to wait another week to be sure. So, I waited and then finally when the tech came out, he assured me that he couldnt close the hole because an animal was still in there. Keep in mind that my wife and I had heard no more noises from the attic after I removed the animal so asked the tech who then got angry with me why he thought there was something still there. He started to speak to me like I was an idiot until I told him that I have a PhD and that I get paid to figure things out. He was clearly frustrated so then I simply said finish the work so I can be done with your company. He did but what he didn't do was fix the hole. All he did was to put hardware cloth over it so I am left with this unsightly hole with a sloppy barrier.
Description of Work: Inspect the roof. install a animal removal system to humanely remove the animal, cover the hole.
