My heat went out Friday night. I reached out to 3 companies, no response from any by Sunday morning so I tried Home Advisor, who recommended 4 Pros. Air Quality HVAC called me back within an hour or two of my request and even scheduled me in for that night at the end of their day for a free estimate. Unfortunately, they had a busy day and could not come by. They apologized and offered to do the estimate via photos (which I had already taken). I had a quoted estimate only an hour later than I would have and they came out at 8 am the next morning for the install! For someone with no heat for two days, having someone take the job from the first contact to estimate to completion in just over 24 hours was greatly appreciated! Update 6/9/21: While I still appreciate the prompt service. Turns out they never bothered to file any permits for the work. So now, trying to sell my home, I have a bunch of hoops to jump through. Not pleasant.

Air Quality was great to do business with. Other companies have yet to give me an estimate, the job was completed in under a week. That s the way I like to do business.

I had small maintenance on my forced air system, explained well, prompt and courteous. Advised of pricing on cleaning of air duct system.

Prompt response. Worked late until the job was finished. Not the cheapest, but not a ripoff either. Overall very good value for the money. My serviceman was actually the owner of the company and he definitely was technically competent! I am an engineer and he showed me what was wrong with my system to validate his diagnosis. I appreciate the honesty.

This company has the best service and value. Great prices, clean work and strong ethics. My AC needed replacement and other companies gave me higher prices (from $500 to $2400 more for the same job). I got the best price and service from this company. Would hire them again.

The contractor took the time to explain all the options available for my household. He was not pushy. He took the time to listen to my concerns and goals. He proffered multiple options and the associated pros and cons. He also offers a one-year up to four-year maintenance package--keep in mind, the unit will most likely come with some kind of warranty, so there is flexibility. He was on time, quiet, and removed the old units. The job was completed in one day. The entire experience was pleasant. I would recommend his service. Minor point - plan for the boxes left behind.

Tech performed a service call. They reset the furnace by removing and reinstalling a fuse. It hurts to pay that much for such a simple fix. But they arrived on time, and did get everything working again. They also provided suggestions/guidance on why the furnace stopped in the first place, so that was helpful.

I hired Arti to install a mini split multi zone system in my house , I bought the system online, Arti came to my house even before I recieved the shipment , He is very respectful to his time once he said that he is coming he comes, he gave me a reasonable price for the installation, the system came with some missing parts and Arti was professional and arranged more time to reorder the needed parts and afterwards he came for the third time to put everything together , It was a lot of great work and efforts he and his crew made to get the job done as promised, i appreciate all Arti and his crew done it in the cold nights to finish the job before Christmas day and they did it . I received a call within an hour of being matched and they accommodated my schedule. They were right on time and followed through with what they stated. After checking the unit and running tests, the unit needed to be replaced. The price was competitive and I appreciated the communication updates. Great Work-would highly recommend!

My usual AC guys are terrible returning my calls. This company called while I was in limbo waiting for them with a burned out motor and the weather was heating up! Arti saw me the same day, and in 2 days the AC was fixed. I will continue to use Go Green.
