The contractor came to install a outside ceiling fan on my front porch. When he began the job, he realized he needed a plate up in the ceiling of the porch (there was none) and a new on/off switch for the inside wall in the Living Room. He had not brought the truck with his supplies on it so I ran to Lowe's and purchased both items while he worked at my home. He installed the new fan on the porch placing the correct plate up in the ceiling to bring the electrical up to code,(there was a light up in the ceiling previously with a sensor switch on the outside wall), he fixed the new switch in the wall inside the house and also capped off where a sensor light switch had been on the porch wall which was no longer neccesary. The job which should have been a 35-40 minute job but because of the different issues it did go from 4:30 till 6:45, therefore he did charge me extra for labor, of about $150.00 in addition to the $95.00 I paid to Angie's List. He was very polite, friendly and offered suggestions on how to do the job correctly.

He was early, calling about 15 minutes prior to arrival. He assessed the work required and immediately started working on the project. He worked until the project was finished and then cleaned up the garage.

It went great. He was on time, professional, hardworking, and did a great job. He even had to wait for us to get a new part. He was really good.

We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for 2 hours of service. The next day received email communications from Seidel to setup appointment and description of work. I appreciated that they were able to work around my schedule and promised to notify me if they were late so the appointment could be switched. The electrician arrived promptly, understood quickly what I needed, and went straight to work. He was efficient and worked hard for the full 2 hours. Everything was completed neatly and to my satisfaction. I asked for an estimate for additional work and I would use them in the future and can recommend based on my experience.

Scheduled with Seidel for between 8 AM and 9 AM. Called me the day of the service at approximately 8 AM to say he was about 10 minutes away. When he arrived he was very polite, professionally dressed and did a nice job. He was here about 1 hour. Would recommend!

When they said, they would come, they were here. When the men were outside working, you didn't even know they were here. A couple of times I went out and I am like, 'If you want to come inside, I have a family room'. I said, 'Feel free to come in, sit down and get warm for a while'. They didn't. When you call them, they are right on time. They weren't exactly the cheapest, there was one of them a couple of a hundred cheaper. It is a kohler generator and they were offering a $150 rebate and the guy that was charging a little less never told me about the rebate so I guess he was going to collect it. It is a family owned small company. It has been in business for years. I couldn't have been happier that I did go with them. Everything went smooth. I wasn't here that day, my husband was but he had didn't have any complaints. It passed the inspection by the company that gives you the warranty.

Came when they said they would. Co-ordinated with propane company and inspections. Were very nice to deal with. Professional and courteous. No complaints here.

They were very knowledgeable and responsive. He was very good. I did not like that they didn't label the box and I think they should have marked everything before they left. I didn't get any other quotes so I don't know if I was overcharged. They are local. The quality of the work was good but they didn't do the one little finishing touch.

During the summer of 2011 our electric water heater stopped working. After checking the water heater it looked like to me that it may have been a power supply issue. The water heater is on it's own meter and when I checked that, there was an apparent problem with it. It was a digital meter but no display was visible. ( I thought, good maybe that means I don't need a water heater). So The next day I called the power company and they send someone out to check the meter. Well, the power company guy shows up planning to swap out the old meter for a new one and be on his way. He finds that the meter was not working because the supply line and main meter box was virtually fried. He said it was nothing but luck the house didn't burn. He had to shut off all power and said I need to get an electrician to come out a redo the meter boxes supply lines etc. No power and none until all that was done, on one of the hottest days of the summer, meant no water (well pump), air conditioning or refrigeration etc. Suddenly no hot water didn't seem so bad. Problem was I had no idea who to call and I wasn't on Angie's at the time. I went local and took a chance with these guys. As I called them thinking, here we are in the middle of a heat wave, there is no way someone is going to be able to get here today. I kept my fingers crossed. I explained the problem to the call taker and she seemed very friendly and genuinely sympathetic to my situation. She said everyone was out on other jobs but would try to contact them and she what she can do. In 5 mins she called back and said someone would be here within the hour. 38 mins later, the first guy showed up. A couple of mins after that, the owner of the company showed up. Both guys were great. They check it all out explained what would be needed to be done. They had a pending job to complete (something to do with a pool intall.) but said they could put that off and get this job done today so we would have power and gave me an estimate with no pressure. They were very friendly and took the time to explain and answer the questions I had. Both of those guys worked their butts off in very hot weather for 4 + hours and finished the job that day, They left the place clean and looking great with power and hot water! They did not have to respond as quickly as they did. I was not a customer, never dealt with them before and I know that had jobs waiting for them. This was not an easy 1-2-3 money maker either. They really worked ( I was right there watching) the entire 4 + hours in major heat. A very professional job and a great experience for me. I would recommend them without hesitation.

They are very professional and they go the extra mile for you. I have used them twice and will use them again in the future; I like them.
