Description of Work: Ivan is the real deal. I needed a new water treatment system and Ivan replaced it and explained everything he was doing and how to maintain it also. He is punctual and gets back to you very quickly when you contact him. He also replaced my faucet in the kitchen. While he was there he reattached my dishwasher that was not done properly when my granite countertops were installed without charge. I would highly recommend ITP Services for your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: The drain in my children's shower was clogged to the point where it almost did not drain at all. I called ITP, spoke to Ivan and scheduled an appt for the next morning. He arrived on time, laid down a protective rug for the floors, inspected the drain and made only one trip to the truck to get the necessary tools to fix the problem. He took the time to show me what was wrong with the drain and how to avoid future problems. He even cleaned the tub when he finished! I will definite call upon Ivan for any future needs/projects.

Description of Work: Ivan did an excellent job replacing our kitchen sink and faucet! He initially came out to evaluate the job and then made recommendations for the products that needed to be replaced. Then, when we had purchased a new sink and faucet, he came to measure and make sure everything would fit properly, gave us a price for the work which was necessary, and scheduled the work. He called the day before the work was scheduled to confirm the date and time and then he arrived on time and completed the job within the time he said it would take. Ivan is extremely professional, using a mat outside the door to wipe his shoes before entering the house and then using appropriate items to protect flooring and cabinets while working. I will use ITP Services again in the future and would highly recommend his services to others.
