My panels were installed in August of 2021. They weren't turned on until July of 2022. I was promised a refund on the cost of the panels. I provided all of the documentation they requested to refund me for the months I paid on my loan with no solar on April 1st. I have called to follow up dozens of times as they owe me close to $2,000 for the payments from November - July. (I have only currently submitted over 1k of those bills). They have not only failed to reimburse the funds, but their customer service can't even provide me a timeframe. When I call for updates, they just say it's been escalated. It's been escalated for 3 months with 0 resolution or update. I'm completely baffled by how you think you can run a business like this. If it was possible, I would have the panels removed from my roof, but just like all of your customers I am stuck dealing with your pathetic excuse for customer service. Not only that, but I recommended this company to my brother in law who purchased panels and they turned his system on before inspection and could have burned his house to the ground. Unbelievably bad service all around. I can't express more strongly to avoid doing business with this company and find a different panel provider.

I live in Saint Petresburg, Florida. I purchased the $ 50K worth of solar panels and now its eleven moths and still the system has not been activated, There is always an excuse why the don't work. I would stay away from this company. The are the worst company. I am interested in forming a class action law suite if you are interested contact me at ebrvenik@aol.com. This company has truly taken advantage of many people.

The vision solar company is really really really unprofessional. I start my process in November of 2021 and on March/22 they install it, but till now is not hooked up, and has not produced anything. They never come to finish the inspection and I have been calling them for more than a month, with no answer when they will schedule our inspection, they always have the same excuse, as they will reach out to us when they have the date. I'm very very disappointed with this company, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Salesman showed up a day late….when he was here called the supervisor who proceeded to talk to me wanted the other quotes before giving a quote!!...very rude and left… They tried to put pressure on me before a quote to sign now!!

Not good at all. Still waiting for them to finish job. Don't bother trying to call them as anyone that answers the phone has no answers for you, just excuse after excuse. We had to start paying on this system in November 2021 and it is still unoperational as of April 2021. Also if I could give no stars thats what I would give!!!
