Ned's Lawn Treatment

Don't use unless you don't mind getting the run around and excuse after excuse. I called in October, 2020 for a gutter clealing for a home in Northeast PA. I was told I was on the schedule for late November into the middle of December. I didn't mind the timeframe as I'm aware how weather plays a role in this work. I called the beginning and middle of December to just to make sure I was on the schedule and they said I was. The job still was not completed by Christmas and I called around December 29th and demanded to be given a date for the service since now it was 2 weeks late. They scheduled me for Jan 2nd. Weather was fine but they cancelled becasue they didn't have the crews in place. Why schedule someone without available crews? They rescheduled for Jan 4th and cancelled that because of weather. Upper 30s and Cloudy apparently isn't good enough. I guess they forget they are in the Northeast now in the middle of winter. So frustrated, that I cancelled the Job with them and told them I'd hire one of their competitors.

Very well! Ned Stevens came pretty quickly after I called for service. The service was fast and everything was all cleaned up.

I spoke with a company rep in the evening and they arrived the next morning to do the work. They did not have a scheduled time, they simply put you on their worklist, so it is hard to know when they will arrive. There was some confusion at first because they said they could not do the work because of my leaf guards installed on the gutters. I told them I informed the rep about the guards. They called in to the office and were able to do the cleaning after all. Had huge storms in the weeks after and the gutters are working good.

They are excellent. They do their job and they do it well. I never had a problems with them and I'm happy with their work.

Very very good service, excellent and they come right away, very reliable and they clean the gutters very well, but I stop using their service because the gutters has been installed with a gutter guards. I highly recommend them to people who doesn't have the gutter guards on their gutter.

He said he would come out in two weeks, but did not provide a specific date. He was here within two weeks but did not notify me when he was coming. I have used him several times, he's work was good. The only thing is I don't like is not knowing when he is coming.

They are a little pushy. Always have something that need to be fix. When I want something done, I will let them know. They do a good job.

They've only come out once so far- they did a good job. Prices seem a little high.

He comes out once a year. His people come on time. They do the work in about 15 mins. There are about 4 or 5 workers and I just get the bill in the mail.

They come every fall after the leaves fall.

I've been doing business with them for about 5 to 8 years. They offer plans to get you on a regular schedule, which Is very nice and convenient. They are very flexible in their pricing and work with you to offer a plan that fits in your budget. When they do the work, they always clean up after themselves, do light tune-ups on gutters and they don't require you to be home! They are also very competitively price and they always do a great job!
