The price was good and the job was well done. He was willing to do the job even though it was just one rug when other companies would not. I will use him again.

Arrived when agreed upon, we went over the job and I left to go to my office. He called when nearing completion and I met him to inspect and pay. Very professional and offered to to more than we contracted for, but was not necessary.

We purchased a new home and I have allergies to new carpet fibers. Needed someone in the area to do the carpet cleaning. Don't have a phone, so no phone books. Went to Angie's List and found this to be the only one listed for EHT. He had one good review. Tried him and found him to be personable, worked with me on all aspects. Even time changes I made. Was very careful. Brought corner protectors and a door protector. He traveled at least 50 mins. and did not charge us extra for gas. I would hire him again and I will.

We've used Ducati Deepcleen twice. The first time was when our baseboard radiators blew, spraying foul smelling rusty water all over the office carpeting. We thought our rugs were ruined, and that we would have lost several days due to the mess. They came out, removed all the water from the rugs first, then cleaned the whole area thoroughly. The owner, Greg, was very sensitive to our need to get back up and running asap (we're a Dayspa, and this was during the Christmas holiday season - when we're at our busiest); they removed all the stink, all the rust stains, AND all the stains that were there prior to the blowout. The whole place smelled amazingly fresh and clean. Moreover, our drying time for the rugs was only a few hours (we don't have any padding under the carpet). On top of all that, they did the service after hours so our other services (yoga, etc.) were not interrupted. We were so pleased with their service that we've used them for our regularly scheduled rug cleanings, and the occasional "spa party spill" of chocolate, wine and other foodstuffs. They've gotten the massage creme and oil out of the therapy rooms, and our rugs are still in great shape due to the type of products they use. We have been extremely pleased with their service, and we recommend them to all our clients.
