Both Nick and Julian were very professional and didn?t try to sell anything more than what?s needed. Recommended to replace the pump and explained why. The job was done clean which is critical to me. I highly recommend.

Nick was prompt and even though I was having a competitive quote from another company, I choose to stick with H2GO as they immediately respond to my request in this holiday season which left a good impression. Nick asked for few pictures of the installed sump pump and the pit and few relevant questions to quickly analyze the problem. Based on that he gave a quote and replaced the sump pump and the entire fittings for it. He was punctual, knowledgeable and he cleaned all the mess after completing the work. I would definitely recommend him.
