When they originally did the work, they actually made things worse. The water began to pour in, and now there is a huge stain on the ceiling. We had to put buckets down, and called them back out. They came back and after I started asking questions about why the leak was worse, they became completely irrate and started yelling. The fact that they made it worse than the original leak caused me concern, so I wanted to make sure they were going to do it right the second time since we had already paid. They caulked it and placed the shingles correctly, which they said should fix the problem. And so far, with the rain that we've had there hasn't been a leak. Rosenblatt said it was the skylights that needed to be replaced, which I know are fine. They came in and tried to make us feel bad, and made my husband feel guilty for their original terrible work. I'd rather cut my losses than have them come back into my home with the way they treated my husband and I.

They did a super job. Very professional and thorough. Cut no corners and solved problems as they arose. Very responsive on punchlist items. Some minor damage to shrubbery happened and no hassle with contractor paying for replacement. Left site cleaner than before they came.

My experience with this company has been lousy and frustrating. Sometimes they say they'll show up and don't; sometimes they show up but don't fix the problem. Plus, they are dickering with me about whether they are obliged to fix the problem as part of their warranty. Meanwhile, more damage is done to the interior of the properties. I deal with a fair number of contractors, and usually find it possible to work things out, but I'm just stymied by these guys.

I received an estimate and sent it back on Oct 13th with a check for the deposit. The check has cleared my account, but I did not hear from the company until the 25th with Bob came out. He said he could do the job the next day, and he would call me that night to schedule a time for us. He did not call, nor did he show up on Thursday. I have been primarily talking with Susan who runs the office and she says she has no idea why he did not call or show up and that she has not talked to him. The only person who seems to have any answers from this company is Sheldon Rosenberg and he seems to have disappeared. I just want this resolved and the work done!

I called many roofing companies for estimates. They were the most polite, prompt, and honest. They were not pushy at all. The office staff was helpful, they told me that whoever I decided to go with make sure they had liability insurance, auto insurance, BBB member, and references. It was overall a great experience.
