In October 2012, my husband and I began shopping for a contractor to replace our heating and air-conditioning systems. After obtaining 3 estimates, and meeting with the 3 different contractors, we chose Keith D'Agostino. Keith's price for the job was by far the best estimate that we found, and he offered a very high quality product for the money. The job was completed basically in one day. Keith was able to get the heating system up and running upon completion, but he told us that he could not completely finish the set up of the new air conditioner at that time, because the outside temperature was too cold, and firing up the the unit would go against the manufacturer's recommendations. Keith told us to give him a call as spring approached, and he would return to get the air conditioner ready for summer. We were warm and toasty all winter, and saved a significant amount of money on our gas bill as well. Fast forward to April 2013... air conditioning season was approaching, so we called Keith, and he promptly made appointment to return and get the air running. He also set up our humidifier. The air ran like a dream all summer. When the following season rolled around (this happened sometime in mid-July 2014), we noticed that the air didn't seem to be as chilled as it should. We were also getting a lot of condensation around the interior components of the unit. I quickly called Keith! The air conditioner was barely 18 months old. Over the period of about 3 weeks, Keith returned to my house about 3-4 times, to make adjustments to the unit. Keith gave me his personal cell phone number, and as different issues were happening, I was able to reach him immediately. He told us that the air conditioner manufacturers were having a lot of problems with some of the units, due to sub-quality copper that had been used in the coils. Keith tried to trouble-shoot our issues, but the problems persisted, and he finally determined that our unit was bad. Ultimately, Keith contacted his manufacturer's representative and obtained a BRAND NEW air conditioning unit for us! Within a few days, Keith was able to return and he and his crew completely replaced the air conditioner. To say that we have been impressed by Keith and his business practices would be a total understatement. He is a true professional, who stands behind his work!

THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY & INEXPENSIVELY. THE UNIT BROKE IN AUGUST WHEN THEY ARE THE BUSIEST. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
