+ -1 moreThey installed alarm and cameras and would not provide information books on equipment. They claimed after we pay in full they would provide us with the website info. So we could down load the books. We paid and they will not call us back or answer the phone. Don’t use this company.

Brian, the proprietor with his vast experience and knowledge did not waste our time, did not sell us anything that we could not use or need. Originally they installed a system that we did not love, Brian stands behind his product, gave us a full credit and re-designed a system which we are very grateful. The company is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and the team of installers are top rate. We could not be happier, and we are not easy customers to please I’ll tell you that right now. I cannot be more secure by recommending Fixabit to do your work. If you go cheap you’re only gonna come back a year or two later and contact Fixabit to fix the original decision. Fantastic company with a very knowledgeable and honest team.
