I was extremely impressed by the swift response to my need for assessment and repair. I had been using a well-know Alarm SystemCo that had very poor response to service requests. Fixabit Digital Solutions responded like light speed, diligently worked to rearrange Tech schedules to fit me in. Their Tech was experienced, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and could quickly identify the problem and take swift action to resolve. Because of this experience we will be a repeat customer and no longer use the former provider/installer.
