He came out immediately and never came back. Collected a service call fee and said he would be back with the part and it is now three months later and he never called in a diagnosis to the warranty company. He told me and numerous occasions he was waiting on the part, even told me one day he was coming the next day and never showed up or had the part. After contacting the warranty company I was told he had not given them any information and overcharged the service call fee. Tim Pope owner and Marie the office manager have been telling me they are putting a check in the mail for the over payment and I have yet to receive it. I was even told she went to the post office to mail it over two weeks ago and I have not received including that they have been telling me they will send the check right away since 10/1. Totally unprofessional and can care less. Stay away from these scammers. Should not even be in business

First Stop is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out on June 12 to fix the oven and told me they would order the part and would get back to me the next week. Over the next 3 months I called about 6 times and spoke to the owner who said each time he would call me back. He never called. 6 days ago he said he had the part in and would be here on Tuesday September 12 by 1:00 p.m. He did not show up. I called and he said they double booked and would have to reschedule. I told him it was unacceptable in that I had taken the day off and was losing a lot of money because of it. He said he could not do anything because he had other appointments. He could not care less that I had taken the day off and that he promised to come out today after 3 months. If I were you I would not go near First Stop Appliances.
