F & G Concrete and Masonry

Gus from F&G Concrete and Masonry L.L.C was working on pointing the brick at my home and when I investigated the work that had been done, I immediately pulled the plug because of the work being done. The color of the mortar was wrong and the mortar was also not properly installed. A worker came back the next day and started to power wash the poor mortar joints that they "repaired" the day before and the excess mortar left on the brick. I then told his worker that this just wasn't going to work. Gus's brother came to pick his worker up and told me that they would be back later, but they never showed back up. He then dropped off an invoice for $ 1.200.00 and when doing so, I disagreed with Gus about the quality of work and what was completed he then started to curse at me ( I have two service technician's from hugesnet internet) seen and hard the whole event in my front yard .. ( $1,200.00) Would in fact before pointing the brick, power washing and seal coating the brick, They only power washing that was completed was that of excessive mortar from joints that they tried to repair from the day before and NEVER power wash the house and NEVER SEAL COATED THE BRICK NEVER ... I have attempted to contact him a number of times to give him the benefit of the doubt and fix the problem. When I finally got him out, he agreed that the work was not good and he wouldn't pay for it either. There was constant excuses as to why he wouldn't come out and fix the job. We "kept in touch" and finally he said that he wasn't going to do the work until he gets 1/2 the money upfront because he heard stories that I stiff people and i was a crumb Also, if you disagree with Gus from F&G Concrete and Masonry L.L.C, he will call the township code officer on you.......
