Description of Work: In early spring, Chris came out and made an estimate, we agreed on price - he said he can start asap. Two weeks later he said his calendar was fully booked until beginning of May. When May arrived and I haven't heard I called and asked when he is coming. He said not until the beginning of July. I called in July, we made an appointment for him to come over on Saturday or Sunday morning with various pavers. He never cane, never called and I lost a year since everyone was booked for the season. Chris seemed very nice, personable and knowledgeable. He showed ti be unresponsive, unreliable and unrealistic.

+ -1 moreThey had been mowing our lawn every 2 weeks until June 15, 2009, and suddenly stopped coming. They were unresponsive to our phone calls, and I feel this is very unprofessional.
Description of Work: I hired them to mow the lawn every 2 weeks. They also performed spring clean up and fall clean up.
