It went well, they had an earlier opening the day of and offered to get me in sooner so because I was in the area I did. Technician arrived on time and immediately went to it.He found the shut off valve in the crawl space and cut out the original faucet and replaced with a frost free version. It took about 1.5 hrs from arrival to leaving. No drips and no worries now.

I called GPS after 2 other companies scheduled service and cancelled on the day they were scheduled. GPS was great to deal with. They gave me an estimate over the phone and also told me about their $20 Angie's List coupon. The plumber arrived on time and completed the job quickly and neatly. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. We called them on Thursday afternoon and Tony was here the next morning on time as scheduled. He looked at the pipe and immediately assessed the problem, fixed it in an hour. Was really refreshing to have a confident professional show up and GPS will be our go to plumbing service.

George Scelso of GPS Plumbing contacted me at the request of Patriot Leak Detection whom I had called earlier Saturday morning. After listening carefully to my explanation of what had happened late Friday night, he assured me that he didn't think that I had a burst underground pipe, but rather an above ground garden or garage pipe that might have sprung a leak. He explained that his assistant plumber should be able to find and fix the problem, but the charge would be higher than usual since this was an emergency weekend call. I readily agreed to the $225 charge, and Anthony called shortly thereafter and arrived within the hour. He looked things over in the basement, and discovered that the problem was a frozen discharge pipe on the sump pump on the other side of the basement. This pump has a hydro backup system rather than a battery backup, and when the pump couldn't discharge its water, began trying to force emptying with water from the house line. My shutting off the house water at the main valve on Friday night had stopped the hydro backup from functioning, but just shutting off the backup line would have been sufficient. Anthony disconnected the outside discharge pipe long enough to drain the sump and reconnected it again with the sump pump turned off for now. Every time that Anthony entered the house he covered his shoes with paper booties even if he was only going into the basement. This is the second year that this discharge line has frozen and the only real solution is to move the line into the basement where it should have been run to begin with. I want to give the waterproofing company that installed the system, Value Dry, a chance to rectify the situation, but if they disappoint me, I will definitely ask GPS Plumbing to do the job.

They were out right away on a Saturday evening. The technician was wonderful. Not only did he clear the drain but found the cause, identified a few other issues, and told me how to quickly and affordable correct them. He also gave me some tips on clean up! I couldn't be happier!

One of the technicians came out and was 15 minutes early. He explained to me over the phone what he was going to do as I was at work and my wife was handling the call. He did a nice neat job and fixed it quickly. Thank you for your quick response in our time of need !

Anthony called and stated that he would be at my home in about 45 minutes for an emergency service call. I had water in my laundry room and my hallway from the condensation pump break while I was at work. He arrived on time, looked at the unit, gave me the price for the repair and told me he needed to run out and get the part to fix it. He returned and fixed the unit in about half an hour. He was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber in the future. Their customer service was outstanding and they are a local company in the next town over from where I live. I am always willing to support a local business..

Perfect, the office staff and contractors were both professional and courteous. The day before they were to do teh work I received a call from them to confirm the work that was to be done and also prepare the contractors secheduled to do the work for anything unusual, which I appreciated.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Thought the price was a bit high just to replace the pump, but no complaints. Would recommend them.

It was okay. There was confusion about the price. When I called the office, they said it was going to be $200 but the guy gave me a completely different amount here. To be honest with you, he barely did anything with the gas line, I could have done it myself. I felt like all round, there was confusion about the estimate and I was actually annoyed. I will not use them again. They were however quick, efficient and professional.

Arrived very quickly and fixed the problem right away. The 2 servicemen were very professional and courteous. Cleaned the work area when finished and i would definitely use this company again.

While GPS Plumbing was polite and courteous throughout the several weeks of a remodel, there were continued issues that kept occuring and would make me not recommend them to my neighbors: - My main complaint is that when the placed the tub into our bathroom, the tile had just been set the day before. None of the 3 plumbers wore booties nor was a tarp put down. They did not only get the grout dirtly, but stained it. There were apologies, but not offer to come out and try to clean it. - The pipe coming up through the floor to the tub drain was PVC, while all the other exposed tub pipes I had covered with polished nickel. When I asked if it could be covered I was told I should have asked prior to it being set - how would I have known to do that? You can only see a small part of it when sitting on the toilet, but the respone is still irksome. - We had at least 3 different plumbers throughout the project and there will little communication. During one day the plumber had to go back to the warehouse 3 different times. - During the first shower there was a leak on a Saturday morning that dripped into our mudroom below. They came within an hour and fixed it. There was no offer to fix the stained ceiling. (I did not call them on this as we are redoing the mudroom in another year) - One of the plumbers chipped one of our porcelain buttons to the shower and never said anything. When I raised the issue, a replacement part was ordered and a new one was put in about a week later. When I received my invoice, they did take 10% off the original estimate - I'm not sure if that was thier way of addressing the staining of the grout or it just cost less than they anticipated. They didn't say, and I didn't ask. Overall, the plumbing passed inspection, and they seemed to know what they were doing, it was just the execution and overall inattentiveness to detail that gave them an average grade in my book.

Called for service on a Wednesday - was able to get appt for next morning. Nicole in the office was very helpful. Technician Frank came exactly on time and was very polite, professional, and patiently answered all my questions about the install. Price was great, coupon was available for service call, and we will gladly use GPS for all of our future plumbing needs.

GPS was very easy to work with. They responded quickly and even called to move our appointment up when an opportunity arose. They were very courteous and professional, and did a great job. We've already contacted them about additional work.

The idea was to replace the current drain in the tub, as it wasn't working any longer. However, when trying to remove the drain, it was found to be broken. So....there went the easy part. There were two young men that took care of the problem, spent plenty of time, (they weren't rushing). They explained what they were doing....since I was being nosy! And they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Overall....great, polite service. I felt I wasn't overcharged, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called this company after my failed attempts with drain cleaners and a small drain augur. They were able to come the following morning. After several hours and use of a large drain snake.... the water was flowing and draining. The young man who did the work was thorough and explained all that he was doing. He was both professional and personable.

Very quick response, came out the next day.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST WINTERS WE'VE HAD TO ENDURE IN THE NORTHEAST AND IT WAS MY TURN FOR PIPES TO FREEZE AND BURST ... WATER WAS EVERYWHERE!!! I CALLED GPS PLUMBING. THEY WERE SO CALM AND HELPFUL THAT I JUST KNEW THEY WOULD DO A THOROUGH JOB. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT .SINCE THERE WERE SO MANY PEOPLE IN MY AREA WITH MY SAME PROBLEM , THEY CALLED BEFORE THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME AND ADVISED THEY WOULD BE A LITTLE LATE. EVEN UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, THE TWO MAN CREW WAS CHEERFUL AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME WITH ME AND DOUBLE CHECKED THE WORK BEFORE LEAVING. AND THEY ALSO WORE THOSE LITTLE BOOTIES TO PROTECT MY FLOORS WHICH I ALSO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUE !

Overall, I was pleased and they did a good job. They were responsive and punctual. The clean up was fine and they left nothing behind. I had a coupon for $20 off that I got on Angie’s List.

I asked them to put new seals on the toilets but they said that was not needed. I was pleased with the service. They were able to come out in a reasonable time and cleaned up well. They gave me a discount on lobar and I used $20 off from Angie's List. It was a little more than they originally quoted.

The technician came within forty five minutes because he was in the next town over. The gentleman was very friendly, professional, and nice. He explained what he was doing which was very helpful. He cleaned up well and I thought he left the laundry room cleaner than he found it. They were responsive and the price was reasonable.
