Did a good job installing parts and cleaned up after he was finished with the job. Punctual and did a great job explaining how he was going to do the job. Had no problem using the parts I purchased from the hardware store. Only charged me for labor.

The plumber came in and changes all the internal mechanism on toilet bowl without trying to figure out why this would have happened. later while I was cleaning the washing machine filter I realized it was charcoal. and of course, the mechanism got blocked again. We called them back to come and clean it. Initially said it will cost $ 50 but after coming in changed it to $ 150. poor service with a high cost. I chose it based on Angie's list reviews, maybe I had bad luck with the particular plumber who came.

Luis was expected between 10:00 and 12:00. Arrived about 9:50. He managed to remove the sink which had been excessively glued into place by prior installers and worked quickly and efficiently to complete a less than simple job. Checked all his connections for leaks before cleaning the area. Professional, friendly and personable. Just the qualities you'd hope for. Will definitely hire again when the need arises.

Frank arrived on time and handled both jobs well. My husband, who was the one at home for this service call, was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We are very happy with the work performed and would definitely use GPS Plumbing again.

We were disappointed. On 7/27/17, the plumber installed 2 bathroom faucets and did minor plumbing repairs (We provided the faucets. After the plumber left we noticed that the popup assembly for one of the faucets did not work correctly. On closer inspection we noticed that the plumber had used the popup assembly from the old faucet and it really didn't fit. We called GPS and they told us that the plumber said the new faucet box was missing the popup assembly (He never mentioned it when he was in our house). GPS then came out to replace the popup assembly but charge us for a normal service call ($87.67 -9/20/17) We don't think this was fair because the plumber should have told us about the missing popup assembly when he was doing the work - it's too late to confirm if this story was correct. To us GPS seems to know what they are doing but we are reluctant to use them again because we are concerned that if they make a mistake, they might charge us to fix their mistake. Our previous plumber would never charge us to fix a mistake.

The Tech Frank who came out did an excellent job. He worked with efficiency and confidence. He was extremely conscientious with all his work, especially with the hose and wiring work, making sure they were secure and neatly bound (dishwasher, faucet, and disposal all working great!). He also was neat inside our home taking care to clean up after himself when the job was completed. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs that might arise.

Amazing! GPS was extremely professional, honest, courteous, and clean. We had someone in our home two days prior who charged us $100 for 20 minutes and ended up fixing nothing. I felt distraught. I then had a friend tell me about GPS. They responded to our needs promptly and we now have a new water heater that was installed with expertise and care. They also looked at the work my husband had done on the bathroom and told him that everything was correct. They did not charge extra and were honest through and through. I am so grateful that we found GPS

A plumber came and replaced the cartridges. That night we noticed there was still. a very small leak so we called. GPS quickly sent out what we believe to be either a supervisor or a senior plumber who put in seats and fixed the problem.

It was determined that the toilet had to be re-seated to repair the leak. The technician arrived within the 30 minute scheduled window. He was very pleasant and professional and answered several questions that I had. The work was completed between 30 and 45 minutes and he took care to clean up the work area before leaving. He is an asset to that organization! This company will be the first on my list to call for any future plumbing needs. Highly Recommended!!

Absolutely wonderful. I called and was able to get an appt the very same day. The tech was able to come out about an hour after I called. Frank was prompt, super efficient, neat(which is a big deal to me), and corrected the plumbing issue right away. Price was VERY fair. I was relieved he was able to resolve so quickly!

The service was good and the install went smooth. The technician was professional and informative. I scored them a "B" because when I originally called them for an estimate, they did not come out to see my set up. I was told by the office that based on the information I gave them they would quote me a price. I then had 2 other plumbing companies come out to give me an estimate. Both told me some additional work would have to be done to get up to code. I called GPS back and informed of the feedback. I was then told I should increase their cost by $x. When I asked what would have happened if they came out to install the hot water heater and found that additional work needed to be done? They said they would then increase the price to do the work. I told them I thought this was unprofessional. Since I used them twice before and there cost was competitive, I chose to go with them. Everyone was professional, I just thought this was an unprofessional way to handle the estimate.

Excellent; had two leaks and decided to reroute pipes.

It turned out well. I would call them again. I liked the way it turned out. They were on time. I've been using them for about eight years and across five different projects, I've never had to call them to come back to fix something. If you want a trouble-free maintenance situation, then I would definitely go with them.

They were excellent. They sent a second person out to inspected the leak at no additional charge to make sure that the recommendations of the first guy was a appropriate with the idea of carrying out like the bathroom floor on the second floor so I was happy with that cause they have a second opinion for that. One came to do the service and then a second guy came to do the inspection and the when the contractor came a third one has come since cause the contractor that I thought had used the same company, he happen to use the same company, plumbing company and he recommended them very highly too the contractor that I selected ultimately. Within maybe two or three hours they were out of here. There were several phone calls and they gave me all my options and they gave me the price differences between repairing my water heater and replacing it and they looked at other things for me and gave me options too with like this leak which is in a very awkward place to clean the floors, they were just very helpful. Everything their office staff, they have someone that calls before and after to touch base with you to let you know what's going on and keep you up to date to let you know that they are on their way to verify appointments to let you know about the inspector and to make sure the inspector appointment real acceptable with you and everything and verify that they come and they handle everything and they always keep in touch with you they never, they keep you in the loop with everything.

They were actually a sub-contractor for a project that I was working, they were called in to move my outdoor faucet and they moved it. I didn't ask them to make it a frost-free and they wound up doing it anyway. So that was a good thing.

We like GPS plumbing, we have always had. We think they are expensive, but they have been here 5-10 times, and it always works, and they come back and give us grief, and its really not expensive to think that way. They are our plumber. All the things we listed is A, when you call you get an appointment, and then they say what time they will be here, and they come at that time. They call before they come. They bring their own equipment, and if they go away, and the next day there is an problem, which has happened an couple of times, they will come back and fix it.

We had a big leak in a sewer pipe in the basement and they cheerfully come out and resolved the issue. In the past, we've had plumbers that came out and got angry and "I can't believe that you let this get this way". These guys were pretty decent.

We initially hired a company who specialized in finding the location of the leak by using specialized sound equipment. This company said the leak was in our laundry room under the washing machine. GPS Plumbing sent two technicians to take care of the problem. They used a jack hammer to get through the concrete where the sound company identified as the location of the leak. When GPS Plumbing got through the concrete to the pipes the leak was not at the location identified by the sound company. GPS Plumbing was able to determine the leaking pipe went from the laundry room into the next room which was the kitchen. GPS Plumbing discussed with us our options. We decided our best option was to run a new pipe through the bottom of our kitchen cabinets to the kitchen sink. This option fixed the problem and we no longer had a leaking pipe. We were very pleased with the work GPS Plumbing performed and will call them again and recommend to others.
