Originally i thought it was going to be a simple fix of a hole in the pipe. It turned out i needed a new hot water line run into my kitchen. The guys were really nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and had the new line installed in a few hours. They were great!

GPS is fantastic. I had 2 toilets that were not flushing properly. The other local plumber I called told me I needed 2 new toilets over the phone without ever coming to my house. GPS came and replaced only the parts needed. They came during the time specified and the technician was respectful and courteous- and the price was right. I would definitely recommend them !

I got a reference from a friend for GPS plumbing . I called and got a reasonable price for a water heater to be installed at my mothers home. I could not be there for the installation ,but mom said they were polite, neat , friendly , and did a beautiful job .I would definitely call them again.5 stars

Gentleman was very punctual and professional. Company was able to see me in a short time.

I personally purchased the replacement faucet. GPS called and said plumber would be early and that was great. He had to Remove the garbage disposal to get to the faucet. He needed to put reducers on to make it fit. He replaced the garbage disposal. Two days later we noticed water in my cabinet where disposal is located. It can't be a coincidence. Finally just to have the faucet, that I purchased, replaced was $245 that included the Angie List discount. I was unhappy with the results and would not use GPS again.

I called and explained what work was needed.Was advised that an estimate would be given when plumber examined problem at my home.I made an appointment and explained I would be at work but someone would be home.Tech arrived on time fixed the pipes and presented my wife with a $479. dollar bill. No estimate was given prior to the work performed nor did I give authorization.I had another estimate that was half the price.Very disappointed with GPS.

It went well, the problem was resolved in less than an hour. Different things were tried but the shop-vac proved the charm. This is the second time that I have used GPS, and both times I have found them professional, courteous and thorough. They listened to my questions and took their time in answering them. They are not cheap, but what plumbing service is these days?

Because of the age and way our house was designed, access to the pipes of the downstairs toilet was a real problem. To make a long story short, they succeeded in clearing-out the clog and everything was back in operation after some serious brain-storming. They were very punctual, thorough, willing to work around my schedule, and cleaned-up after they were finished. All-in-all, a satisfactory ending.

Excellent all around. Great responsiveness and professionalism. They said would be here between 8 and 8:30, were here at 8:10. Gave me an estimate, did the work professionally and quickly, cleaned up afterwards and generally was an excellent experience. Would definitely use them again
