I called on Monday (as directed through email) to schedule a Saturday visit, but they said that no is available on Saturdays.

Nicole in the office was great! She did the scheduling and she reconfirmed the appointments. Frank from GPS came to our house the first time to install the water lines and sink. We had told him at that time that we would be calling again once the countertop was ready to be installed. Frank looked at what would be required for the next visit and he and my husband talked about the best way to do the installation. The countertop was scheduled to be installed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and I called GPS to see if they could have someone here that Wednesday to make sure we were up and running for Thanksgiving. Nicole called me back promptly to ensure that Frank would be here Wednesday morning to do the job............and he was!!! He was on time, very professional, did a great job and did an excellent cleanup!

This was a Sunday evening emergency. When I called GPS, a live person answered, and I got a return call from the plumber within 30 min. He came out shortly after, went into the crawl space and then explained what was wrong and told me the cost to fix it. He did the work immediately. He was polite and professional. I would recommend and use him again.

Great job as always. Price is a bit high, but they're very responsive, prompt, friendly, and talented. This job was $110 for a 30 min service call. We call them for all of our plumbing needs and recommend them to others.

They did our plumbing in the bathroom for us. They brought out 2 guys to do the work for us. They were clean when they came out. The contractor that we used sub-contracted GPS Plumbing INC to do the plumbing work. They did a good job and did they everything correctly.

They have done a great job. They clean up well and they are always on time. Most of the time they come in a pair, unless it is an emergency and then it is only one employee. I think that they are very efficient. They each know what they are doing before arriving to my home and they work well together. We are very pleased with them. I heard about them, because one day I had a leak in my ceiling from my upstairs bathroom, I went down the list of plumbers in the phone book and they were the only ones willing to come out. They have reasonable pricing. I wished Angie’s List would let give them an A+.

I called another plumber and they fixed the problem for me before. When I needed work again, that plumber was out of down and I had to call GPS Plumbing Inc to fix a clogged toilet. I tried using the snake and it didn’t work. The first time they called they said they didn’t have anyone to do the work, but then had a crew coming back from North Jersey who said they would do the work for me. One of their employees came out and used the snake and was able to get our toilet unclogged. It was nice that this company stepped up when my other plumber was out of town.

They have done work at this home in the past that we just purchased and that is why we went with them. They poured a solution down the drain that was clogged and I was happy with their service. The drain has not clogged since. Two guy came out to do this work. They identified what they thought was the problem, gave me a couple solutions to fix it. They did this all within 20 minutes. They were also on time and I would use them again.

The work required cutting through a cabinet and drywall to access the broken section of pipe which ran along an outer wall. The mess created getting to the pipe was minimal and immediately cleaned up by the provider. The repair was completed in a timely manner and we were impressed with the results. While we hope to not need plumbing work done again in the future we would definitely use GPS Plumbing without needing to find other estimates.

Very responsive and accommodating; they came out on a Sunday afternoon. (There is an additional charge for this service, but I chose not to wait.) Everything was great. Only mishap was that technician (who appears knowledgeable and was very nice) forgot to plug our pump back in when he left. (Found a little water on the floor before we noticed.) Otherwise, perfect!

After getting an initial recommendation from an acquaintance, we have been using GPS for several years now. On each occasion, they have always been professional, punctual and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the problem to you and offer a number of solutions that will meet your price point. It is also easy to schedule service, whether it is a same day weekend emergency or a scheduled appointment. This most recent time involved a leaking drainpipe on a weekend that made us unable to use the showers and washing machine (of course, we caused the leaking with a DIY project but we will gloss over that part of the story). I was able to reach someone off hours very easily and they came out to service the problem bright and early on a Sunday morning. Within an hour, the problem with solved and at a reasonable cost. I know some plumbers would have charged the entire cost of the repair just for showing up on a Sunday. Again, we have used them for other projects such as putting in more easily accessible water shut-off valves, new water sources to the front of the home and toilet replacement. We have been satisfied each time we have used them and would certainly highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

The estimate GPS Plumbing Inc. gave me was reasonable. He had done work for us years ago. He's local, down the street from the site. We're trying to give the job to local people. I would still use him in the future.

Plumber was on time and professional. Explained problems to my spouse and suggested both short and long term solutions. The short term solution work was completed. Overall we are happy with the service and work performed.

I originally thought the problem was a clogged sink. It tuned out to be a clogged line under the bathroom, they kept trying to clean it out. I was so grateful that they were able to clear it out, the alternative would have been to tear up the concrete to reach the pipe.

I would recommend this company to any future customer. My husband and I just purchased a home and we discovered our master bathroom shower was leaking into our laundry room. They came out the next day and discovered it was not a plumbing issue, but an issue with the contractor who installed the tile in the bathroon shower. I appericated they told us the truth and didn't try to provide any service that was not needed. I give this company at A and would call them in the future.

GPS Plumbing has been our "Go To" local plumber for years. They are there for you when you need them. Faucets, Toilets, Water heater, outdoor hose bib replacement, cellar bathroom pump, you name it & they've fixed it or replaced it. Quick, responsive and professional every time. Highly recommend. An easy choice.

They were extremely responsive, came before they said they'd be out and were very professional. The only fault I found was that I thought they were a tad expensive. But I'd use them again maybe asking before hand, what the estimated price would be.

Very courteous and prompt. Technician was diverted to attend to an emergency. Office called. Asked for an hour. Technician showed up in exactly an hour. Even got a followup call to ensure everything was ok.

I'm pretty happy with their services that's why I stick to them for 10 years. They are pretty responsive, they come out quickly and they're dependable. Last year they were here to replace a defective water heater and they've service our water pump downstairs. They service all our needs and they've done the job very well.

They responded immediately when called as I had water pouring through my laundry room ceiling. They came, they fix the problem neatly, cleanly and responsibly.

GPS Plumbing is punctual and friendly. The plumber arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and what he did to correct my plumbing problems in words that I could easily understand. I appreciated him explaining to me what he was doing and showing me the problems that caused the issues. All of the problems were correctly efficiently. The plumber put down a tarp and protected my tile while working on the toilet. He cleaned up after himself and left the bathroom in the manner in which he found it. I would use GPS Plumbing again and highly recommend them.
