The first day he was supposed to come with the truck, and said that they could not get it the truck to the house. So, they brought a Uhaul. They had an accident going to the truck. They said that nothing was broken because they packed it so well. The next day when they were loading up the truck, the driver asked if I would take him to a medical clinic because of the accident. So, I took him and spent ? the day with him. When we got back he did not even help the guys move everything to the truck. When we got to Tenn. there was only two people there to unload the whole large truck. It was getting dark and the two people that were unloading asked if they could leave everything in the garage so that they could go home. The driver who didn?t help brought a tablet for us to sign off on. The screen was not able to be read because it was so light. The driver said it was fine and that it was just what we had agreed to. I large TV is broke with a large crack down the middle of it and several other items were broken as well, as well as a few things that were broken. They also came to me and asked if some pillows and a few other items were mine as well, which were not. Called United to complain, and they said that we had signed off on 60 cents on the dollar for damages. We didn?t even know that we had signed that as the print was so light when we signed off on everything.

Description of Work: Move from NJ to PA. Packed all pix and mirrors and transported everything else. Movers were a little late arriving the morning of the move as were unfamiliar with the area which had limited access routes for tractor trailers. Once there, work was done expeditiously and with great care. Miguel, the driver and leader of the team was great to work with and we had the same crew, less one, for our delivery in PA. Hard working and diligent crew that took great measures to ensure both the home we left and our new home were not damaged during our move.
