I am immensely impressed and satisfied with services provided by Russell and his team at RDC Restorations. We had a pipe burst and some fairly extensive water damage; RDC came highly reviewed and I contacted Russell that evening and he was on the property the very next day (I wouldn't be surprised had he come out same day, but it was late in the evening and I made clear we could wait until tomorrow). He prepared a detailed, comprehensive, and fair estimate for water mitigation services. He even met with the Insurance Claims Adjuster and walked her through the damage to the property and helped her understand his estimate ? I have no doubt that this was helped significantly in my claim being approved for 100% of his costs. I should mention that this is for my father's home in New Jersey, which I am managing after he passed away ? I live in California. As you may be able to imagine, coordinating a project of this scope and scale when you are literally across the country is not an easy task ? it requires a great amount of trust in the provider and confidence that he was equipped to perform the action necessary. This trust and confidence was immediately and repeatedly earned by Russell and his team. They'd even helped out with small jobs around the house (nothing major, but things that I simply cannot do myself due to the distance) ? when I say helped out, I mean offered to do these for me as a professional courtesy and without charge. Truly, I cannot imagine a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Russell and RDC Restorations to anyone.

Russell was excellent! The water heater broke in the basement of our rental property and we needed to remediate the issue asap because of the tenants complaints. Russell replied as soon as I contacted him on Angie's List and he was at our rental property to assess the damage and provide us a quote within 2 hours. I greatly appreciated Russell's attentiveness to our problem and unfortunately, we did not go with Russell after speaking with an asbestos abatement company due to asbestos tiles in our basement. We will highly consider Russell in the future.

The team arrived on time, competed the work As promised, and was very honest. It took a while to find RDC as I was initially referred to some other companies that we were not comfortable hiring for mold removal, but RDC showed us that there are some trustworthy companies in the mold removal industry.

RDC Restoration were quick to respond, very efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. They were able to provide recommendations for other service providers to help complete the job (painters, carpenters and carpet company), who were all excellent also. Overall great job! Would absolutely recommend them.

Russell came to our house to inspect for mold which Deegan Roofing of Plainfield/Scotch Plains told us we had in various rooms after a leaking roof. Russell was on time, professional, polite and overall HONEST. I also liked that he has state-of-the-art equipment. He climbed a tall ladder in attic to view walls where I was told there was mold. He examined 4 different rooms for me. He did not find any mold. He made my day! Would absolutely recommend Russell/RDC Restoration to anyone that thinks they have mold.

We have a bathroom in our basement and one of our kids (or their friends) clogged the toilet. We didn't realize there was a problem until the next day when my wife went downstairs to clean up after the kids. Once she saw the water all over the floor, and entered a full panic, she called me and I immediately sent a few emails around looking for a reputable company to come and repair the water damage to our walls and carpeting. I got replies from a few friends quickly and two of them had used Russ at RDC Restoration. We checked them out online for ourselves first and then gave Russ a call. Russ arrived at our house probably 45-1hour after we spoke with his crew. His entire team was really nice, as a matter of fact, the first thing Russ asked was if his guys could at least start to move the furniture out of the water while he assessed the damage and gave us an estimate. We thought this was a really nice gesture especially since we didn't agree to hire him yet. Once he provided the estimate and we agreed to let him begin the drying process, they were pretty fast. I mean they had big fans and all this water drying equipment setup and they were attempting to dry everything as fast as they could so the water didn't do any additional damage. He was telling me that mold could be an issue if the water isn't dried up in a few days. Once they finished, his crew came upstairs and asked me to come down and show them where all the furniture needs to go. I thought this was nice, I mean they didn't have to move all of my furniture back ( I don't think). Anyway, we were really happy with the quoted price and Russ made sure we knew everything his team was doing as it was going on and luckily we were able to salvage our carpet and sheetrock, no repairs were needed. Jenny and I would definitely recommend Russ and his team in the future.

Excellent, was extremely thorough in all evaluation and testing. Wrote a detailed recommendation on what needed to be done. Showed us exactly were he was testing what he was seeing. This is important because there are many mold remediation "professionals" that tell you there are problems where there are none and charge thousands. Russell is dedicated to remediation the problem to make the home safe Without charging for excess of what doesn't need to be done. He helped us way more than required, he is very ethical and I appreciated his help so very much. We were put in a terrible situation by our landlord and he did everything he could to help us down to trying to find us a doctor because we were so sick from the mold in the home. I would recommend this company Everyone.

No problems to report!

RDC was on time. They were neat and they removed only the damage drywall in my finished basement. They dried everything in two days.

Everything is now fine and I can use the basement again. They did a very good job. They answered all my questions and went right to work when they got here. We went over everything that had to be done and they explained why each step needed to be taken. They were very professional and trustworthy.
