Keltom Gutter Services did a great job given that the gutters had not been cleaned for at least two years because the previous owners of this property were not very diligent on property maintenance. Keltom was prompt and the price was fair as compared to other providers. I also chose them because they were recommended to me by another New Jersey resident at the time. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use the firm this year when my gutters will need to be cleaned again.

Fine, cleaned up after themselves. Did leave some dirt in base of gutters which I cleaned out myself.

They arrived on time. They were friendly and very good at cleaning my gutters. They even picked up the stuff that came out of the gutters so it wasn't left laying in my yard or on my deck. And one of my cars ended up with a tiny bit of leaf debris. They washed my car off without me even asking. They finished the job quickly. It was one of the hottest days in June that we've ever had, but they did a thorough job even though it must have been brutal on them. WOW!!

The answered the phone, were able to give me an immediate idea of cost, and put me on the schedule for the following week. However during that time period I found another company that could come out sooner at a lower price.

called them and may a date, they called back and asked to change the date which was fine with me. Showed up as p; promised on a Saturday. Excellent work and done quickly.

Overall it went very well. I became aware that repair would no longer suffice and we had to replace just before Hurricane Sandy. Our initial appointment turned out to be the day after the hurricane and they couldn't come (we wouldn't have wanted them then). They called back the next week and came as scheduled. Said they would finish in 1 day and it took part of the next day, but they worked hard and it was just a little bigger than they thought. Seemed like good quality material. My only possible complaint would be the billing, where they took my credit card for a down payment (perfectly reasonable) but then I expected a final bill and that didn't come. Instead, they put through the complete charge on the card I gave them for deposit. To some extent, this was convenient, but they really should have checked since we might have exceeded our limit.

They were there quickly, gave me an immediately estimated. Scheduled it for several days later. Did not need to be there and performed the worked stated. I stated that the price was Fair. It wasn't bad but I feel that it was a bit pricey but then again, they were not local/local to my area. Again, good service and quality work does equate to some of the costs.

Very responsive and prompt service

They did the job well and on time and it was what they said it was going to be, but the problem was they didn't clean up after themselves and I had to call them back.

Once I signed up for the recurring service I never thought about it until i got a post card saying they were going to be cleaning on such and such a date.

They did an inferior job and the price was almost double of a better contractor. They were over priced and provided mediocre service.

Overall, they were professional, prompt and we were mostly satisfied with the work, but thought they were very pricey($235) for a cleaning that took less than 30 minutes and left our deck very messy/dirty. They were at the house for about an hour. We chose them because we wanted a quality repair($55) and would use them again for repairs...however, we will shop around for our next cleaning. *The only reason I gave them a B in quality is because of the mess that they left on the deck...honestly, at $235 a cleaning I shouldn't need to wash down my deck afterwards.

I was very impressed with Keltom. No job is too small. The service rep returned my call the same day. He showed up on time and gave me a written estimate right then. Another company I contacted showed up 24 hours late (maybe that was my miscommunication?) and I had to wait 5 days for the estimate to arrive in the mail. Keltom's price was in the ball park of the other estimate I received. I was able to schedule the job within one week. Again they showed up when expected and did an excellent job installing the new gutter. No more waterfall. I would definitely use them again.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day after I made the initial contact, which was important as my gutters were seriously clogged. The work was done efficiently, on time as promised, and the young man who did the work was very personable. My yard was immaculate when he finished. The price might have been slightly higher than others in my local area but they did have to come a distance so I think the charge was very fair. I would call them again and I recommend them.
