We moved to our house last year. The house is a somewhat distressed , very large with slate roof. The water always leaked into the house when heavy rains because of gutter overflow and clotted. We have gutter cleaned twice by other companies within one year , nothing was fixed. We contacted multiple roof companies to check the leak the conclusion is still gutter issue. Especialy back of the house , roof are very high over 36 feet. The previous companies were never able to get there proper cleaning the gutter. plus the slate room. With the bad experience with previous companies, I found Keltoms from angie's list. Discussed with them the issue, they promised me they will send the best technicians they have and plus some warrentes . They did a wonderful job. Part of the sprouts are so clotted by the leaves they can't flush through by water. The tech had to remove the pieces to push through manually. I am very impressed. The house hasn't leaked any water since the cleaning despite of a few heavy rains. It worth every penny for the service. I highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again next year

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. YOU MUST BE PAYING FOR THEIR AD CAMPAIGNS OR SOMETHING. My father called and booked them w/o consulting me. They came and cleaned, and I fell off my chair when I got a bill for $150!!!!!! I've had my gutters cleaned for $30 by a guy from an ad on a diner placement AND I got a coupon mailer from Best Cleaning Service for $50 (reg price $85). So I mailed Keltom an $85 check and the Best Cleaning Service coupon. I'm not paying a penny more than that, it's extortion. A 10-15min job tops, two guys w/ a ladder and a bag. I watched the whole thing.

They were fantastic. They were really good. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They did a really nice job. The guy that came to do the estimate was prompt and came when he said. He returned phone calls. They were good at communicating. They did what they said. We would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again. We got some other estimates and their price was really good. They were good all around.

We called Keltom about gutter cleaning and they told us the price and they came out on time and did a great job with gutters that hadn't been cleaned in over a year. They also left us an estimate for gutter covers that we asked for and overall a good experience. I am looking to either have the covers put in by them or else schedule regular cleanings that they have different options for in terms of frequency.

We selected Keltom from the high ratings reflected on Angie's list. One of our gutters had a hole along with all the corners were leaking. Zak Johnson - sales and field supervisor came to the house and provided us a detailed quote. He .was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of great advice. He was professional and provided us with options to address the issue. We obtained other quotes from gutter companies and Keltom was in line with the other companies. We decided to go with Keltom due to the positive experience we had with Zak. We decided to replace all the gutters even though they said that we did not need to replace all the gutters. One impressive product Keltom had was a miter box corner as normally gutters are connected at the corners with a strap. Over time, we have found that the strap leaks. The Miter box corner is a solid piece that is connected at the end of the gutter. The employees that installed the gutters were very professional and extremely hard working. We highly recommend using Keltom

The installers were extremely professional and did a very great job. They fabricate the gutters onsite which means they are cut to exact specifications. The removed all the old gutters and hauled them away and installed the new ones. They even took the time to address some minor trouble spots (missing leeder cap, fabricate a new shield to direct the water into the new gutters in one trouble area). Overall, very satisfied with the price, quality and professionalism.

He was prompt, I didn't have to watch him, and the only way that I could see the result, was if the rain came down my driveway, which it hasn't, and so I think they did a good job. They were willing to come out before I was ready to have them out. They were quick.

I was very pleased with the services provided. They were very professional on the phone and answered all my questions. The technician was scheduled to come and had to reschedule due to weather conditions. They called right away to inform me and they also rescheduled for the next morning. The technician showed up on time and was very professional and explained everything being done. I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them to others

They came very late – they came a quarter to 8 at night. They have said they will come between 8 and 8 they came like the last minute which was okay I suppose I mean officially they were within their limits but it wasn’t so great for me. It would have been better if they had called or given me a closer time frame like even a 4-hour window. They tell me I didn’t have to be home but you know sometimes you want to be home to see what they are doing especially when they're walking on your roof. They were good. They did a nice job. They were fast efficient. For price, I really don’t know because I didn’t price them anywhere else.

Hired to clean gutters. The Gutters were not fully cleaned and there were still leaves on the roof and sticking out of the gutters. Now my gutters have more leaves in them. They did not do a thorough job, and I had to get my father-in-laws gutter guy to finish the job. There was a loose gutter in 2 areas that took about 5 minutes to repair. These guys did not take the time and care to do a good simple job. I will not hire them again. The lady on the phone was rude when I mentioned my concerns and did not offer to come back to fix the job properly. They tried to charge me more money for something they should have done in the first place. Hiring Keltom was a waste of money.

I called up Keltcom based on the positive reviews I read on Angies List, and the call was answered promptly by a very polite lady. I was quoted $175 for the job which is more expensive than the majority of the gutter cleaning guys out there, but I took it thinking I'll be getting a better service. I was promised that they will clean the gutter and downspout, and they will inform me whether the underground drainage pipe is clogged or not. They made it clear that they would fix any clog in gutter and downspout but not the underground drainage. Totally acceptable to me. The day of service, two gentlemen came and went up to the roof, picked out leaves and debris and rinse the gutter with a garden hose. 20 minutes later they told me job is done and I am all good. I asked whether the water will flow all the way through, the first answer I received was "Yes". Then after I skeptically repeated my question again, they said only the gutter and downspout. "We have no way to tell whether your underground drainage is clogged or not". Wait, wasn't that what was promised to me over the phone? And of course they didn't want to admit that and shortly afterwards claiming me as "difficult customer". I didn't want to waste my time with them so I let them go. It's not a difficult job to detect anyway, so I just stick a garden hose into the downspout and let it run, after 5 or 6 minutes, water's coming out, so I do have an under ground problem. Now the followup part when I called them back to make the payment as well as providing the feedback, the guy just listened to my complaint and simply answered with "OK, what's your credit card number". I was simply providing a negative feedback hoping to help them improve, and he didn't even pretend to listen to what an unhappy customer's story. I am definitely not using their service again. For the gutter cleaning only, they are doing an OK job, not worth the high price tag in my opinion. Anyone can go up to the roof and pick out those debris, and I forgot to mention that my house is a ranch with very slow roof, so it's super easy money for them. The thing that turned me off mostly is their attitude (both the service personnel and their backoffice/management) toward customer. Very bad.

This is the first time I had my gutters cleaned in over 10 years. The two men who showed up were very courtious and professional. That night it rained pretty hard. In the past the rain would pour over the gutters on the front and back of my garage but this didn't happen, all the rain water went into the cleaned gutters and down the spouts. They left my home in a very clean condition.

Job well done. Price was a little high but good service.

The day my appointment was scheduled, it was raining heavily, but they came anyway. They did a great job in removing everything from the gutters and then power washed them. I was very satisfied with Keltom Gutter Services, Inc.

The person we spoke with to schedule the cleaning was very professional. Told us what could or could not be done by the cleaning crew. Gave us a range of dates they can come out to the house. We did not need to be home for the cleaning. The crew that came out worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned out the gutters as well as can be expected. I would use their service again.

Went fine. We were not at home and when we returned there was hardly any evidence of the company being there, except for the clean gutters of course. I called Keltom services from their listing on Angie's List, found them to be cordial and responsive. They quoted me a price based on the square footage of the house. Considering the good reviews on Angie's list I was inclined to use them. But called another company just to compare prices. The other company did not sound as professional and I was left feeling that Keltom was more honest, professional, and trustworthy. When I called back, they offered to do the work on the day I wanted it (two days later) and performed the work flawlessly. I'm very pleased and even arranged for them to clean our gutters twice a year. They're good.

We had a gutter falling off the house. I called in to make an appointment, and they had me scan a picture in so that they wouldn't have to come out to see, but could just come right away to fix the problem. After a number of confusing phone calls, I made the appointment and the guys came out. They were a little bit late- I told them they should have called when they were stuck in traffic, and the guy agreed that they should have called. They fixed what I asked them to fix, billed what they'd said it would be and left. If you want them to look at something else, you should ask them, because they will not go out of their way to find other problems.

Went well-they arrived on time and finished promptly

I have a three story French Colonial style home with many gutters due to the design of the house. I used Angie's List to find Keltom Gutters and although it's my first time actually doing this I am now convinced that it works. Keltom's reviews were excellent and I wanted to work with someone who was going to do what they promised. This company DID JUST THAT. They initially gave me a price and a date and said they would call the day before to provide the time they would arrive. Theresa from Keltom called the day before, gave me a time, and sure enough they pulled in the driveway right on time. The guys were very courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned all the gutters and also had to do a repair which I asked them to do. It was done very professionally. I would not hesitate to use Keltom Gutter again and will recommend them to my friends.

They came the day after I called. I didn't need to be home (and was not). The gutters, which were very dirty, were cleaned very well and there was nothing left on the ground. The experience was easy and pleasant.

The job went very well, they arrived on time and started work promptly. They cleaned up any mess that they made, and did really high quality work. I would definitely use them again.
