I was given a fair price, the guys showed up on time, and they repaired my gutters as needed. I got a rough estimate over the phone and was told I'd get a formal estimate when the workers arrived which happened. They got to my job quickly and performed the work to my satisfaction. I'd use them again.

It went very well. I made an appointment. They showed up on time and did a good job. I would use them again and recommend them.

Arrived on time. I have covered gutters and evidently they ran some water through, but didn't clean out the gutters. TERRIBLE SERVICE. When I called to let them know I had a problem, they were rude and said there are no guarantees on the quality of their work. I had to hire a handyman to go up and see what the problem was and he said there were years of accumulation packed in there and they couldn't possibly have been cleaned. I am new to the area and though Angie's List would be helpful here but evidently the volume of positive reviews here are 'rigged' so buyer beware!

I called Keltom based on a recommendation from a local window cleaning contractor and based on the reviews I read on Angie's List. I contacted them to get an estimate on re-attaching a couple of gutters that had pulled away from the house due to ice damming. I was told they would come out, assess the job, and provide me with a quote on the spot and I could elect to proceed with the repair ot not at them time. I was informed there would be a $115 charge for the service call even if I decided not to use them. I was hesitant at first but understood their rationale (can't run a profitable business if someone is wasting your time price shopping for a minor repair) and felt I could trust them based on their reviews and the recommendation I received. The gentleman on the phone was very thorough in explaining the process. I called them on a Tuesday and was told I would receive a call between 4 and 6 on Thursday and would be given a window for a Friday service call. Everything went exactly as they had explained it to me. I received a call before 5 pm on Thursday saying someone would be at my house between 9 and 12. A two man crew (Juan and Antonio) arrived before 9:30. In the meantime, I had decided I needed to have my gutters cleaned so I informed Juan while he was assessing the repair. He called the office and he explained what needed to be done. He was told the cleaning would be $140 and the repair was $65 and that I could use their online coupon for $20 off for first-time customers. Since I was used to using a cut-rate company (I prefer not to name names but they are very popular) for cleaning in the past, the cleaning quote seemed a little bit high but the repair quote seemed very reasonable. I asked to speak with someone at the office because I was interested in an annual maintenance contract for the cleaning. Based on my conversations, I didn't hesitate to tell them to proceed because I liked the way they did business, they were local and the office staff and their crew seemed very professional. Juan proceeded to do the cleaning and Antonio started on the repair. They both did an extremely thorough job. Juan was showing me all of the debris as he was pulling it from from the gutters. Antonio not only re-attached the segment of the gutter that had pulled away but it looked as if he reinforced the attachments along the entire length of the gutters also. In addition, without me even asking him, he drove as screw into an elbow attached to a downspout in another area because as he walked by he noticed it was not firmly attached!!! It was a minor thing and only took him a second to fix but it meant a lot to me and was a sign I had hired the right contractor. Both Juan and Antonio obviously take pride in their work and were concerned with my satisfaction. Based on this experience, I have decided to use them over the other company for my cleaning contract going forward. At first blush, they appear to be more expensive but overall I am confident they will come according to MY schedule (not theirs) and only when I request unlike the other company that liked to set their own schedule and show up when we weren't home and at times when the gutters weren't that dirty. I will provide a future review of those services. Overall, based on this one experience, I highly recommend Keltom for their transparency, professionalism, punctuality and quality.

I called for a small job, a short gutter installation on the side of my house. The guy on the phone just wanted to come and do the work, I asked if they could provide an estimate first and he audibly sighed in annoyance over the phone. Maybe he was having a bad day, but then I felt I was begging him for an estimate so that I could give them business. I have since canceled my appointment because there are just too many other people out there that would be happy to have the business.

Totally professional - arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly, polite and courteous, reasonable price for excellent service, cleaned up the gutter slop, no mess. Will definitely use them again!

They are fine. They seem to be good. The pricing is reasonable and they were very accommodating when I asked them to reschedule. The quality of work was good. I didn’t have any problems with them.

We called Keltom for our gutter replacement. After playing phone tag numerous times, trying to find out when they would actually come out to our home, two men showed up on a Saturday at 8:30am, an hour earlier than expected.The quality of the work was not the best...we even saw one of the men trying to cover a hole that he created, without attempting to properly flash the area. After 9 hrs (yes, 9 hrs,) they finished the job and left, leaving large nails and pieces of metal, etc all over our yard and driveway. The men were very nice, however, they spent more time smoking in their truck than putting the time into properly installing our gutters. We had to call them back to correct some things and we never received a call back....we ended up having to call another company to fix Keltom's mistakes. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Did it by removing the debris by hand rather than using a leaf blower - better because blowers can blow debris down into the leaders, clogging them. Worth the extra money.

He was very backlogged with work and would let me know if he had an opening. He never called me back.

Overall the job was just ok. The men were polite and showed up on time. The one negative I noticed is that after cleaning my gutters dirt and debris had dripped onto my siding in a few places and was not washed off. The price was also a little high compared to other gutter cleaning services. Not sure I would use them again.

All I can say it that my gutters aren't leaking anymore! Excellent customer service, showed up on time and professional. These are definitely the guys to call if you have any problems with your gutters!

The were punctual and fairly priced. I will gladly use them again.

There are cheaper alternatives, but these guys do a great job and are easy to schedule.

Did the job as promised. weather issues delayed appointment, but eventually got the job done. would have preferred some details/ feedback on condition of gutters etc.

I was asking for an estimate. Their price for gutter cleaning was $140.00 more than a previous used contractor. I tried to tell the person who answered the phone my length of the gutters on the second and first floor, they said that they needed my square footage of the house. I disagreed.

I called Keltom to clean the gutters on my house and originally scheduled to have them come out on a Tuesday. Because the water wasn't turned on (in November), they did not do the work because they needed water to flush the gutters, they said they would come out and do the work and leave a hanging tag. They also claimed they called me the next day, but I never got a call, I called them. After a week an a half, the work was never done, I never had a hanging tag on my door indicating they came by, but today I received an invoice from the company. Their sales lady was never corgial, never apologized, and in fact I heard someone in the background yelling that we were causing them a hard time when I called to complain about receiving a bill for work never done. Even gutters that are easily accessible from 7 feet are full of leaves and have not changed for the last two weeks. I would never use this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, rude, and overpriced. I can get the work done for probably a little more than half of the cost, but I based my choice on Angie's list reviews, but I'll call someone else so I can be assured they actually do the work.

They were great. They were the least expensive of all of the people we interviewed and they had some of the best ratings, they were well-recommended. They did a fantastic job. They showed up when they said they were going to. They were prompt in their appointment. They gave us great recommendations. They were very professional.

I thought it went fine......until...... the next rain storm. They removed a connection and never replaced it so one of my downspouts came completely disconnected as soon as the rain started. I called them to tell them about it and also to get a quote on replacing my gutters completely; they told me they would have a truck fix the gutter. I ended up having another company come and repair the gutters and fix their mistake.

I had recently bought a house and needed to have the gutters cleaned. The folks at East Gutter Cleaning were polite and flexible in scheduling, prompt and efficient in performing the work. They followed up with a warning that one of the gutter areas was not performing properly and made a reasonable offer to repair it. (I am still considering this.) They were not pushy for a full year contract but did leave info about how to sign up for one. Overall, I am satisfied.

Came to clean gutters, after job was done they said the gutters needed replaced, felt as though they should have told me before the job was done. I would have rather they replaced them rather than clean them. Seemed as though it was a waste of money.
