Don't mislead potential customers about your availability to do a job. Do include on Angie's List that the minimum payment for a visit is $90 no matter what the engagement.

I contacted five companies for estimates for new gutters and downspouts on my home. Keltom was the first company to give me an estimate. It was very convenient because they did the estimate while I was at work and I received the proposal in the mail a few days later. The proposal was very specific, spelling out the warranties, the type of screws and materials used, etc. Their price was very close to the contractor I eventually went with. It was a toss-up between Keltom and the other contractor, but I was able to see the other contractor's work on a house across the street from me so that pushed him over the top.

Excellent job overall. They arrived at the early side of estimate. worked throughout the day even in the rain, completed the work in about 11 hours, completely cleaned up the premises of debris. Workmanship observed was excellent. great care taken with installation and fit of the gutters. I would use them again for related services

I had 50 feet of roof converging on about 20 feet of gutter. When it poured and you couldn't see 3 feet in front of you, my basement would flood on that side of the house. It wasn't a big deal. We didn't have any furniture but we had carpets and they just soaked it up. The guy came in, looked it over, and gave me an estimate. I have yet to have a problem with it. We really haven't had super downpours, but I have had no moisture at all in my basement. They didn't put the screens back. They said with gutters that big and a downspout that big it was not going to clog. In the estimate they gave me something off. The fellows came at 10 o'clock that morning and they were gone by 3. Everything was cleaned up and there were none of the old gutters lying around. They did a beautiful job. I can't complain and I loved it. They do nothing else but gutters. I recommended them to my wife. She runs an independent living building and they were having problems. She would definitely send them.

I called Keltom on a Wednesday to have my gutters cleaned. They were able to accommodate me that next Monday. I did not have to be home which made it easy. They brought their own hose and took away any debris. They left a tag on the door letting me know that they had been there and a few days later, the bill arrived in the mail. I thought everything went well, I just feel that they are a bit high priced.

They showed up on time and finished the job in one day. By properly pitching the gutters and using stronger gutter hangers, they seem to have cured the problem I had with water leaking over the gutter above my front and rear steps, which was annoying and a safety hazard in icy weather. The new gutters have worked well in recent storms. Only complaint was with incomplete clean up at end of job -- I found a sharp 2" screw on driveway and about 10 bent and twisted 8" nails from removal of old gutters on ground in back yard, where they were discovered by our grandchildren and our dogs.

Overall a very pleasant experience with Keltom. From the time I called until the work was completed was within a week and the work was done to my satisfaction. I rated Quality as Good due to some of the gutter debris being left in the yard, but it was a small but noticeable amount. Billing was also very simple and the price was just as expected. Also got a quote from Keltom to perform gutter work, but have not executed as of yet.

The presentation was very good. He actually wrote up a proposal and presented to me in a folder. The price was fair. He was able to get me right in for the installation. They were quick and clean. The price was better then 5 other places I had contacted.

They did the job quickly, everything looked good. I didn't have to pay then, I was billed. I have a two story older home and it was alot of work.

I had used this service many years ago, but my landscaper offered this service at a reduced price. Unfortunately, landscaper did NOT clear downspouts causing debris to collect there. This caused it to clog and during winter, water froze and burst one downspout. Keltom technician repaired problem downspout with no extra charge. Office personnel quick and efficient. Very pleased. Will use them from now on.

Keltom showed up on schedule, clearly defined what was to be done, started and completed in 1/2 day.

They came when promised, removed my old leaking gutters and installed the seamless type. They were fast, cleaned up and took away all old material.

See my comments under the listing of gutter repair/installation. I'm taking the time to describe their other service (gutter cleaning). In short, they come when I ask them to come and not when they want to come. (As was the case with a previous service that didn't care how long I was a customer, they would do the work at their convenience!!) I have awful pine tree needles as well as oak and maple leaves in the fall and my gutters need to be cleaned late November and even into December. The spring again has it's problems as the oak frass clogs my gutters into late spring and so I need cleaning early June and not April or May! Keltom comes when I schedule them and they take away the material; not at all like another service that runs around in little pickup trucks!!

They were on time and they did a good job. They didn t speak English too well, but that is not my fault. They were responsive. The man came out and quoted me a price and they did everything they were supposed to do. They were thorough as well.

The owner came out and looked the job over and gave us an estimate. Then 2 workers came out first thing the next morning and did their thing. I would say they did a good job.

Very well, didn't even need to be home.

The gutters that I could see were all cleared of visible debris. After a week or two, I noticed during a heavy rain that one of the low gutters still had a clog & I cleared out the clog myself. The clog did not appear to be new, so I bet they just missed it. I have seen no other problems, and the high gutters appear to be clear. I checked during the same rainstorm, and there was no over-topping of the gutters and good outflow at the end of the downspout.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY, BUT WE HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE PRICE. THE WORK IS EXCELLENT, BUT THEY DO NEED TO LOWER THE PRICES JUST A LITTLE. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND THEY WERE OKAY. THIS YEAR THEY SCHEDULED US TOO EARLY. THEY USUALLY SEND A CARD OUT FOR THE APPOINTMENT BUT THEY DIDN'T THIS YEAR. THEY JUST CAME. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THEM THIS YEAR.
