I have no complaints; they didn’t leave any mess around the house. I don’t know if they went on the roof to clear the leaves. They showed up on time on very short notice. The appointment itself didn’t take that long. I liked the way they worked. I am definitely going to use them again but the next time I call them I plan on being home. I’ve seen cheaper quotes and I didn’t get anything extraordinary for my $140. It was a simple job. They showed up on the promised date. I called them on the way to work and they told me they were probably at my house already; I must have just missed them.

They were very responsive and provided a very quick turnaround. The price was fair and we were very please with the results. Will definitely use them again int eh future.

They did arrve on time, the personnel was very courteous and professional. I had concerns about the roof cleaning and they came back and fixed it.

They arrived for appointment as scheduled and the person was very courteous. I needed to leave for work before they finished.The estimate over the phone was $120 but they ended up charging $160.00 with tax. They never explained the reason for the discrepancy. Based on their ad I was under the impression that they checked the pitch of the gutters. But I'm not sure if they did anything besides cleaning the gutters. All I know is that when the heavy rains came in August about 6 weeks after they did the work the gutters were overflowing as if nothing was ever done. Granted that due to unusual weather it is possible the gutters were re-clogged again after 6 weeks. I don't think that the price measured up to the overall experince.

Very happy with Keltom. Very professional and knowledgeable. Guys showed up on time in a massive truck that had everything to complete any job. Guys looked at the gutters, told me what they would do and confirmed the quote with me and the office. Completed the work with the utmost respect to my property, which is way more than I can say for some of the other shops out there doing gutter work. Cleaned up everything and were extremely courteous. Would definitely use them again.

I probably would not use them again. They did the job but they were very expensive. I did not want to pay that much to get my gutters cleaned. I was not there when they did it so it was not like I was even like an established relationship. I needed it done and got it done.

Keltom returned all my phone calls, came when they said they would for estimates and work and they new gutters look beautiful. It took all day but the workers were very nice and we are very happy.

During one particular rainstorm, it began raining inside our house, and when we went to investigate we noticed how clogged our gutters were, basically all around the house -- we had plants growing out of them! We called Keltom and they were very accommodating. We were about to go on vacation so we wanted the cleaning done beforehand so we didn't have to worry about leaks while we were gone. They came out in just a few days and did a very thorough job. They also had one man serve as a lookout to make sure that me and my children were nowhere near the outside of the house where they were cleaning. They were fast and did a great job.

They did a really good job. Incredibly responsive and punctual as to when I needed the work done. No-nonsense. Put on beautiful gutters properly. No qualms about the price at all. I'm calling them again to add a gutter extension in one spot, because I liked them.

Project took two days because I had my house painted in between the gutter tear down and installing the new gutters. First they ripped off the old gutters and down spouts. The crew checked the fascia board and found no issues. I have a Bi-Level so each seamless gutter was 50 feet long. It was pretty impressive on how the 2-man crew got them installed. Note: The first gutter they did drop it and bent it in half. At first they tried crimping it to fix the "kink". But I was glad that they scrapped it and made a new one and didn't try to "hide" their mistake. It's hard to find honest contractors these days!! But the crew worked hard and completed the job and the new gutters looks great. Now I'm itching for it to rain to test it out.

Called on Monday and answered a few questions by phone. Was given the following day for appointment but no time was given. Good thing is that you don't need to be home as they will come, perform the service, and bill you later. I decided that I wanted to ask for some advice and possible additional services to fix some problems that caused flooding in the basement the day before. They arrived the next day about 10 am. I met the guys out front and had a discussion about my problem. They were professional and listened but did not offer any advice. It was obvious that they were there to clean the gutters and nothing else so I let them work. They were in and out in 30 minutes, packed up, and left. Pretty uneventful and low key but definitely there just to do the job and move on. For a simple gutter cleaning, price is a bit high.

We found Keltom on Angie's List with high ratings so we decided to give it a try. They were professional and not pushy on the phone, just like prior reviewers. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in 2 years ago and they were pretty full. I gave them some rough information over the phone and they quoted me an estimate. The final price was the same as what was quoted. Since I did not price comparison, I just rated them as the average rating others did. It seemed to be a reasonable price for our house but I am sure one could find cheaper if one looked around. We did not have to be home and they came on the day they said, did the work and left. Someone was home and they were courteous. I also asked for an estimate on gutter guards. They sent us the bill, estimate for gutter guards and annual services but no other pushy phone call follow ups. They could not provide an exact time of arrival until that day but they ended up coming in the morning. They did not offer coupons but I read about them so I asked if there were any. The lady on the phone directed me to their website and said I could print it out and subtract from the bill. Overall, it was a simple and straightforward experience and unless their prices are way off the mark, I'd use them again.

I retained a provider the previous season that we thought was decent, but wasn't locally based and whose pricing seemed a bit high. I reached out to a number of providers over the last couple of seasons, and found Keltom to be very responsive, flexible and professional. I was able to schedule the service within a week or so of my initial outreach, and my experience is that this is great from a customer's perspective. My questions were answered and calls were returned promptly. I even received notice a day before the service was provided, just as a reminder. They did a very good job and I'm contemplating a long-term contract as a result.

My initial call for an estimate was on a Saturday. Keltom was the only servoce that actually answered with a "live" person. They were able to give me an estimate on the phone after i answered a few simple questions: square footagee , number of stories and how many sides of the house has gutters. When I called back to schedule(after getting a number of estimated from other firms who were not as professional sounding)they gave me a date just a few days from then. They showed up promptly,and were very polite and professional. The cleaning and unclogging was done quickly and there was no mess left behind. We will definitely use them again.

Workers arrived on time and were very professional. They took a long time to install the gutters (8:30 am to 6:30pm), however the job was done correctly and they cleaned up after they were done.

Excellent service from this company. Got an appointment easily and quickly. They told me about a coupon on-line which I was able to use. The technician was thorough and neat and clean. I actually signed up for service again in six months.

We live in the suburbs where there are lots of mature trees and so our gutters tend to get clogged often. We have seen their trucks around town and contacted them for an estimate. The estimate process was very easy and professional. They showed up when they said they would (which is often not the case for services in this area!), and the job was done right. They cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave detritus all over. Overall, a pleasant experience. The price is higher than some others, but it is definitely worth it to know they they are dependable and professional.
