Not happy with finished product

Called to get a quote, woman was rude asked me to take her off of speaker, she wasn't on speaker phone. Didn't sound professional at all. Older woman. Told her never mind and her tone was she could care less. Hope they say in business

The company did a nice job on yard. It is a significant improvement in its condition vs. how it looked last summer. The backyard was completely possessed by broadleaf. Even though it was not detailed in the estimate, the crew made 2-3 visits to the house prior to re-seeding the lawn throughout the month of September to spray herbicide to kill off the weeds.It took multiple applications but it was definitely effective. The work initiated on the date and time we had agreed. I would have liked to see the re-seeding bulk of the work being done but unfortunately it was not communicated to us when that would occur. Nanny notified me that work was being done on the yard and when I came home it was all done. Between my husband and I at least one of us had been home every day (M-R) the week the re-grading and re-seeding was done. The crew came by on Friday, the only day we weren't home. Job was done well, but would've been nice to be there for it. In any case, we were provided detailed watering instructions that same day via e-mail and by telephone (Dean's very, very promptly followed up on my call for assistance). Just two weeks ago we went back to Dean's to purchase nursery stock and Don was incredibly helpful. He remembered the work that was done in our home and helped us pick out plants for front lawn landscaping. Every time we've spoken, Don has been helpful, responsive and nice to work with. Dean's is local to us, just a few minutes away and we definitely plan to continue using their services and going back to their location for any yard/ garden needs.

It is a great family owned place with very personal service but they are limited in their resources. We had to have some landscaping work done and what they presented us was very inadequate and superficial. It was not a professional presentation. But, they are great people.

Dean's Greens Garden, Nursery, and Floral Center are really nice. I like them. Their pricing is great and they sometimes have sales. Their customer service is the best. I go over there and their people are really nice and really friendly.

I've used them previously without any issue, but last time after they gave me the quote, I called them back asking if they will start the job, they said yes, but it's $50 more. I asked them why and they said they gave me the wrong quote. I said that I have the quote in writing, but they said that's not the price and I didn't use them because of that.

I purchased some fertilizer and insecticide from them. Their price is like everyone else. No difference.

Dean's sent a two man crew to clean up very overgrown beds that both surrounded the house and bordered the driveway near the street. The two men worked very hard and quickly on a hot steamy August day and finished the work in a timely fashion, as promised and on estimate.

They were okay.

I called. They came the next working day, first thing in the morning. Fixed in 2 Hours. Very thorough & neat.

THEY ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND THEY DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY CHARGE ME EACH MONTH AND I THINK THAT THEY CHARGE A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY WILL EVEN FERTILIZE MY LAWN FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE.
