Description of Work: This was an HVAC inspection and quote for services for a house we were seeking to buy. Dawson subcontracted the inspection to Lino's HVAC. The inspection went OK and I received a report and invoice when they finished, However, I never received a quote to fix the deficiencies as promised. I called back twice, even spoke to Lino, but have not received a quote. It has been 18 days. Because Dawson (Lino) was unresponsive, I rated the service a "D". It would be an "F", but I gave them credit for the inspection.

Description of Work: Called Dawson Mechanical Contracting for a flooded basement after the failure of both sump pump and back up pump. Help arrived within the hour... water in basement was pumped out and estimate was immediate. I decided to replace, and not repair, the furnace and hot water heater because they were old. Not only was the sump pump replaced, but a back-up pump that requires NO ELECTRICITY to operate was installed. (I was unaware of this type of pump!) I received a call-back after Hurricane Irene inquiring about the new equipment (which worked very well.) They arrived quickly, worked cleanly and the whole crew was polite. I highly recommend them.
