Called Gary Monday late afternoon and he promptly scheduled for the next morning, and called in the morning to provide a firm ETA. Gary quickly evaluated the problems and got to work, spending quite a bit of time on snaking the lines and cleaned them as best he could (it is a long run) and improved water flow dramatically. He then ran out to the GPS for a few parts and replaced the shut off valve as well as the two exterior spigots. All told Gary was here for roughly three hours, the entire time in a friendly and professional manner. I have every confidence that the work was completed with a high degree of skill and I expect no problems. I would certainly engage Gary again for any future plumbing needs.

Went well. Called in the morning and they came that afternoon. Gave window of 1-3pm and they got there right at 3:00. Agreed to price of 185 less 40 coupon for 145. After 30 minutes he said job was harder than he expected and he would not be able to take off coupon. I believed him- the drain was not unclogging after they snaked it. They stuck with it for another 45 minutes and eventually unclogged it. Job wee done. I think they deserved the extra 40 and thought they were honest and did a great job. I recommend Gary to anyone.
