From first contact through completion of the service, our experience with Bedrosian was terrific. They returned our call within an hour, and clearly explained their qualifications, experience, rates and promotions. The service team was prompt, courteous and professional; and did a great job cleaning the carpets.

I've always been nervous about having the Kashan cleaned, concerned about having it damaged in the process. I was reassured by Angie's reviews and by Mark Bedrosian, who is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I was very happy with the cleaning, but, in fact, there was damage to the fringe (about 1 1/2 inches missing. They took the rug back to their facility, rewove the section of fringe, and, while I can locate the repair, no one else in the world will ever notice it. Including the estimate, the work required 4 trips to our house. Three arrivals were punctual. For the other trip, they arrived 2 hrs and 15 min late without calling to explain and didn't have the tools they needed to do the job (stapler for stair runner and heavy-duty scissors to cut the new pad). After I called to tell Mark about the missing fringe and the badly cut pad, he said to give him 24 hours to get back to me. I never heard from him again. After 10 days I called and talked to his brother John who promptly made arrangements to address the problems.I am satisfied with the final results of the project. During the 10 days when I was waiting for Mark to call back, not knowing if the fringe could be properly repaired, I rued the day I had called them. However, now that everything has been taken care of to my satisfaction, I would call them again, but without a rave review.

Overall, my experience was excellent. They were very courteous on the phone in arranging the appointments and each time an individual arrived at the designated time. The rugs were cleaned and they removed stains that we were surprised at. In a couple of cases we thought we would have to buy new rugs but they were able to remove all stains. Everything looked pretty much brand new. Later that week they returned to remove the wrinkles in the carpet. This was a tough task in some areas but they did the best they could. My only comment is that they could have committed two people to this task instead of one. The one individual could not move furniture on his own.

They were prompt, courteous and professional. Cleaned my 11 year old carpets in the kids bedrooms and a large basement rec room that due to 3 college boys home for summer, looked a bit like a frat house. They even cam back to retreat a particularly bad stain and to re-stretch some loose spots for free! Carpets look brand new, and I can't say enough good things about Bedrosians. They saved me from recarpeting the whole house!

Our experience with Bedrosian's was positive from first contact to completion of service. While other companies never even called us back, Bedrosian's promptly scheduled our appointment, stuck to it and did a fantastic job. Despite deep backlogs, they made us feel like our job was a priority and our carpet has never looked better. I didn't think the deep mud stains would ever come out, but they made it look like new. Note: We were able to salvage the berber because it was installed over concrete vs. padding.

I was happy with them. They are prompt, thorough, and were very good with picking up and dropping of the orientals. I have used them several times and use them once a year.

We've used them a couple of times and they were great. There were no dislikes at all. There was nothing but god stuff. Both the times I had dealt with one of the owners and they were great.

I got information, then decided I needed something different from what Bedrossian was providing. If I wanted to clean a fine rug, I would choose them based on my experience. The other companies I spoke with did not supply as much or as careful informaiton.

They did an excellent job of cleaning/repairing, although it was expensive. The rug we bought is the unusual size we needed (8' x 16') in good condition and was reasonably priced. They were extremely knowledgeable about oriental rugs, and very helpful.

They arrived at the time stated and looked over the rugs and provided details about both the cleaning and the repair. One edge of the large rug was worn and it had both wine and wax on it. The hall rug was just general cleaning although also had some wine and water stains(you could not see on top, but on bottom it showed had gotten wet). They were also able to point out that the rug pads were worn out and needed to be replaced. Very professional, made an effort to really explain the process. They removed the rugs and it would take about 2 weeks or slightly more before they could complete the work. They met the turnaround time they stated. Arranging to bring them back took slightly longer and the punctuality was not as great for returning the rugs, they had a fairly large time window and came at the very end of that window. Both rugs were returned back in great shape,the edge was recovered and looked great. The rug pads were of the same quality as my original ones from a long time ago. I would use them again to restore and clean my rugs.

Went great! I called on a Friday just before 5:00 pm, and they came ot my house Tuesday am at 9:00 am. Prompt, friendly, professional and job was very well done! I will definitely call them again and woud recommend to friends.

I have used Bedrosians many times and have never had any problems. They are professional, punctial and do a very good job. They will go over any spots that do not come up the first time if you ask them. They also have coupons in the local mailer and will give you the discount in the mailer if you do not have one. Ask them for any specials, discounts etc. They will give you an estimate over the phone which is very accurate. They do not come into your home and recommend other treatments like so many other companies do. I highly recommend them.

The carpets looked absolutely beautiful and I truly appreciate doing business with a company that is family owned and has been in the business for as long as they have. Maybe the secret to their longevity is that they treat their customer’s possessions as they would their own. This is a great company!

They did a great job. They didn't do the whole house. The cost seemed reasonable to me. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use them in the future.

This is the second time I have used them and I am impressed with their service. They are always on time and they stand by their word. My rugs look wonderful and you can tell that they put a lot of integrity into their job. They have made suggestions to help my rugs look better and last longer. This company knows what they are doing and I am confident with their service and will use them again.

The process itself was great. He lent us a beautiful rug for our living room to replace the one going out for cleaning and mending. All rugs were picked up and returned, and all furniture returned to place. It was painless! (Well, except for the fact that the price reflected artisan work.)

Service tech arrived right on time. Showed him areas to be cleaned and pointed out stains and spots. Light colored carpet runner on stairs was heavily stained. He went to work and was done in approximately 20 minutes. All stains on stairs were removed (carpet looks awesome!), and bedroom carpet looks very good. Unable to remove several orange-colored iron stains. I appreciated that the service tech also gave the rug laying by my front door a quick cleaning as he was backing out of the door with his equipment. After he left I noticed that there were puddles of cleaner/water left on all the wood steps on each side of the carpet runner, which I mopped up. After the cleaning, the carpet was very wet, which the tech said should be dry in 8 - 10 hours. I was surprised how wet the carpet was 12 hours later. It was a cool, dry day, and the central heat ran part of the day. Based on this company's very positive reports, their promptness, and the cleanliness of my carpets, I will probably use Bedrosian's again. But I will talk to the tech about "water levels" before and after he cleans!

The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the prices. She set up a time for pick-up that was convenient for us. The rug was finished in less than 2 weeks. The men came at the appointed time for both pick-up and return. The rug looks much better.

Called in morning, they came the same day. On time, quick, and got the stains out.

We were real pleased with our carpet company. The carpets look great. They have held up and haven't needed to be cleaned since we got them installed. The guys they sent out were real professional and we paid a decent enough price for the work they did. We'd use them again in the future.
