+ -1 moreIncorrect spelling and direction to 'Fred' the cleaner so they were 3 hours late. Fred asked me about 3 times what we had bee charged in the past and I told him the office had indicated $89 basic fee. Fred indicated they normally charge $450 for a 20 foot cleanout but he would give me a deal for $300! Are you kidding me? I called AAA-Able today to ask about normal fees and they said, yes they normally charge $450. Why didn't they say that in the first place when I called for their assistance? I had to fill out the workorder and when I asked how long their services were guaranteed, he said 30 days. I insisted he write that on the finished work order / report.
Description of Work: Snaked sewer from curbside cleanout / standpipe 20 - 30 feet to sewer. NO cleanout from home to curbside standpipe. Routine service, routine cleanout, 15 minutes of work - ridiculous price.

+ -1 moreI contacted New Jersey American Water Resource who had AAA Able to send back my voided check.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come out on the 17th of January, but they never showed up. I called and then New Jersey American Water Resource called them and they came out on January 18th. Their plumber came out to clean out main line. The contract was $50 before they do the work. The plumber said the line is stopped and he put on new dawls on the pipe. He said I did him a favor and put out his hand for a tip. I promptly requested paper work at the end which he gave me a ripped piece of paper that said I had paid $50 for my deductible. The very next day the main line was clogged up. I had another plumber come out who said the main line was still clogged and no work had been done. I spoke with my bank who said they could put a stopped to my check because I was dissatisfied.

+ -1 moreAAA ABLE WAS THE FIRST COMPANY TO RETURN OUR PHONE CALL WHEN WE WERE IN NEED IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. IT STILL TOOK THEM THREE DAYS TO ARRIVE AND MY HUSBAND HAS HEALTH PROBLEMS. WE WERE NOT VERY PLEASED.
Description of Work: AAA ABEL CAME TO OUR HOME AND DID WIRING FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER.
