Rotor Rooter

We haven’t had our sewer line cleaned in quite a while and since we’ve had a lot of rain during the last few years we thought it was a good idea to have the drains cleaned. So we called the local Roto Rooter Company to do a preventative cleaning. Their technician was very friendly, had the right equipment and knew what he was doing. He completed the cleaning in less than an hour.

He checked inside the hose to see why toleit water was backing up in my tub. He want outside and checked the trap. He found out the trouble was roots growing in my pipe. He cleaned them all out and now everything is great. He was very professional and friendly. He knew his stuff

RR plumbing came hours after we called on a week night. Rafael #340 came and fixied it quick. He was very nice and explained how to prevent this from happening again. I was very happy with the service.

We seem to keep getting clogged backs. They said it was from roots on the trees. They came in and did a professional and everything. They came in with the microscope and looked at the clog and stuff.

I have been using them for years so I don't know what the standard price of the service is. I would definitely like it lowered. Quality is very good. Their responsiveness is very good. Their punctuality is great.

I used them last Saturday. They were good and professional.

They were excellent. The guy was so professional and just phenomenal with us. The guy came and even though he thought he finished the job, something else broke he drove back an hour that night and stayed extra hours on his day off. He was excellent and he did a phenomenal job finding the problem and fixing it.

The plumber was orginally schedule for 9-11AM the previous Saturday, never showed up, called to reschedule at a 2 hour increment all the way until 9:30pm. We waited for the whole day! Got a call at 9:30pm, the plumber won't make it so we reschedule for the next day at 4-6, again, never showered, called and said the plumber is delayed but can't give us a time frame because the operator did not know. Same story, rescheduled for the following Thursday, called the day before and said forgot to get the insurance forms, so rescheduled for Friday and I called to confirm the night before that insurance is taken care of since that was the only reason that the plumber couldn't come on Thurday. So we waited for Friday, NEVER SHOWED UP! I called them because I was tired of waiting and had to go to work, the operator said the plumber is delayed, not sure when he can get to you and did we do insurance yet? COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED and have to respect for other people's time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

He came and did the job really fast.
