"WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. "Had windows replaced almost 12 years ago by Power when they were "Power Windows and Siding". Bay window replaced once under warranty. Called 04-Mar-2022 for all windows to be replaced as all were failing. Called in Jan-2023 for update to find out only 1/2 the windows were ordered, and 12-15 MONTHS for additional replacements to be ordered. Just got a call at Noon TODAY that I had a 2:30PM Appointment TODAY to have 4 sashes replaced. 2hrs notice on warranty work submitted over a year ago? AND new installations happening in my neighborhood before warranty work? Communication is horrible, warranty can be had from other vendors, and even the BBB couldn't get answers out of them. Ready to have them all ripped out and replaced by another company because it will be faster."
