I engaged this provider to install a system. I have a very small property, so it only cost slightly less than $3,000, plus a "new customer" discount. It was supposed to be paid over six months, interest-free. Four months in, despite early payment, I have been plagued with dunning letters and emails. The billing has been consistently wrong, and if you call, they simply don't answer or hang up. I spoke to someone today, and she confirmed that my bill was not overdue, but explained that their system is set up to pepper clients will bills whether money is due or not. She offered no explanation as to why they set their system up to do this. As for the service itself, I have learned that "included" services means "included at an additional fee." Disappointing to say the least. I should have done more research before I hired this service provider, and I am paying the price for trusting their self-promotion. Caveat emptor!

Angel the service guy from Pacific Sprinkler was the best. Angel was on time, very knowledgeable and very polite. He explained everything to me and did the work that was needed!

Very professional. Actually arrived early for the appointment but called in advance if earlier was OK. Did an excellent job winterizing. Inspected the work and suggested repairs for next year. I had leaksxand did not know until shown.

We were very satisfied with the job Angel did. He can with a “can do” attitude. He not only fixed an improper installation of a sprinkler line, but he educated us on exactly how the system works. The charges were reasonable.

Angel serviced my sprinkler winterization. He was very professional and helpful. Because I didn't know where the water shut-off was, he tagged it for future reference and emergencies. He also unplugged the sprinkler box to avoid any surges that could cause damage. I look forward to seeing him in the spring. Very affordable!

Sprinkler service for the 21st century! These guys are great! Their website is professionally done and allows you to schedule appointments and communicate effectively. The customer service is also very responsive. I will update my review once they perform the actual work, but so far the experience was excellent and the price they quoted is good.
