I have no words to describe how happy I am with his work and the overall experience. When he arrived the first time he noticed that the job is more complicated that he initially envisioned and that he needs to bring one of his experts. When I offered to pay him for the initial visit, he refused to take money saying that he hasn't done the job. When he came the second time he did the work to my satisfaction and thoroughly cleaned the work area. In addition, Ramon is very pleasant and has a very positive aura around him. All and all, a pleasure to do business with, I recommend him whole heartily.

Ramon was wonderful about communication from the very beginning and really worked with me to get through all the the things that need to happen in order to remove something from an NYC building. Friendly, professional. I highly recommend, and would definitely use him again should the need arise.
