Description of Work: I chose a local company to keep business in the area. The removal of shingles was clean and neat because they have an elevated dumpster. Putting new shingles on the roof was OK but they must have left some loose because a squirrel was able to lift them and get into our attic 7 months after the roof was installed. In addition we paid to have a cricket installed in Nov 2011 which Highwood claims was never there. They corresponded with me by phone for months but never came back to repair the hole which should have been covered by warranty. I am very disappointed.
