These guys are very professional and fair with pricing compared to other providers. Gave me a quote quickly and performed the services on the same week. Cleaned up once they were done and the whole process was super efficient and courteous.

Edgar was able to come at a time that was convenient to us- Saturday since we had to work to give us his estimate and suggestions on where to trim. They were also able to perform the work on a Saturday so we can confirm which branches to cut and see what was done. The crew worked swiftly and took less than an hour to trim a couple of large branches from the tree. Once the job was completed they made sure we were satisfied before they left.

We called four contractors to remove two dead branches from a rear Hemlock; to have branches from two trees removed which were hanging over our roof, to remove two smaller holly trees and to have the branches of our dogwood removed which were close to the power lateral. We signed a contract with FAMA in the beginning of October and they came and completed the work some two weeks later. . That’s one of the best decisions we ever made. Their price was very competitive and Edgar was responsive, friendly, and very professional. His crews were great. They were punctual and worked on the trees the moment they arrived. They also answered any questions we had, mulched all the branches which were removed and cleaned the lawn. We are extremely happy with their work and have recommended them to our friends. Very quick response. It was treated as urgent. Other tree services did not respond for request for estimate, Bergenfield tree service and Beuchler tree service did not even reply. The job was completed within a few days. Areas were clean as promised.

I was in the process of replacing a chain-link fence with PVC and needed everything cleared out and grinded deep along the fence line where posts would be placed. Since my fencing contractor(A&W Fence) referred me to Edgar(Fama Tree) they worked well together so extra attention was given to areas which required extra deep grinding to allow for proper fence post installation. Edgar and his team arrived on-time in the morning. They worked all day and did an amazing job. Since the overgrown trees were actually on my neighbor's side of the fence, they set-up their wood chipper in my neighbors driveway which we had permission to do. Don't think the neighbors had a leg to stand on anyway since it was due to their neglect I had to cut everything down. They never pulled a weed along their fence line as long as they lived there. During the work, my other neighbors came out and requested they trim back several branches of a large pine tree which they did as well in the same day. Overall, completely happy with the work and how efficient his team was. I found his price was very fair for the amount of work done which you will see in the pictures attached. I would highly recommend Fama Tree Service.

Wow, these guys are unlike most other contractors I've dealt with in the past! They were punctual, honest, patient, and not pushy - what else can you ask for? I've already referred them to two other people - my neighbor and my friends. My neighbor has already contracted them to do a much larger job. I've had three other contractors come before FAMA and give me their quotes. FAMA price was the best, so I've signed the contract on the spot. They came every time as promised and on-time (first to quote, then to remove the trees and then to grind the stumps). They've also removed most of the grindings without me asking for it (some contractors do not do that unless you pay extra). I've dealt with Edgar, who was terrific! Highly recommend and would use them again!

Provided quick, quality service. Very responsive. Reasonable price. Came the next day - so that was awesome how fast they came. Performed quality work - would use them again.

Lalo responded to my call quickly and gave us an estimate the following day. The following day we signed the contract, and he arranged to have the work two days later. He an his expert crew began working on the trees about 9:00 AM on Saturday and completed it around 6:00 PM. Two of the trees was dying and limbs were beginning to fall. The third tree was located on the neighbor's property next to our house. This tree had been dead for at least 3 years, and the bark and limbs fell to the ground intermittently. The crew did an excellent job removing these dangerous trees with no problem cutting them down nearly to the ground except for one that we asked to leave a remaining trunk of about 3 feet high. The branches of the limbs were fed into a machine and turned into wood chips. At our request, Lalo left two large piles of wood chips to use as mulch. At the end of the day, the yard was cleaned well of tree remains. My wife, neighbor and I were very grateful for doing an excellent job at short notice.

The job went very well and I am satisfied with the results. A quotation was prepared that detailed all work to be done . I asked for some time to get additional quotes and was not pressured at all to make a fast decision. The other quotes I received were equally detailed but higher cost with longer lead time so decided to go with Fama. Communication with Fama's office to find a workable date to complete the job was easy and efficient. Once we settled on a date, the crew arrived on time and completed the job as expected despite some heavy rain. All tree limbs and branches were carefully cut in a safe manner. I was particularly impressed with how Fama Tree Services handled this logistically challenging job involving climbing and manipulating large equipment in tight areas on a busy street ( see picture #1 from across the street and picture #2 looking up at trees in my backyard) Branches were shredded on the spot and all debri cleaned up from the work area ( see picture #3 of cleaned patio). Payment was made after the job at the agreed to price without any surprises.

All I can say is Edgar and his team at Fama Tree Service are amazing, They were on time, courteous and professional. They delivered as promised and then some. In fact, my next door neighbor asked if they could help do some work for them, they agreed since our properties were next to each other. They too were satisfied. My other neighbor came out once they left and said he loved the work they did and wished he had hired them when he had his large tree cut a few years ago, I would recommend Fama Tree Service to anyone without any hesitation as they did a great job.

I cannot adequately express my total satisfaction with Fama Tree Service and Edgar (the owner). During the recent storm a HUGE tree limb crashed into our swimming pool. Edgar responded very early the next morning and gave a very fair estimate to remove the tree from the pool and take down what was remaining of the tree (which was over 80 feet high). His crew showed up early the next day and did an AMAZING job removing the huge branch from the pool and taking down the tree as well as another that was posing a threat. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed and since we were leaving soon for vacation he paid his crew extra to work overtime. Edgar is a wonderful person to do business with. He is honest, efficient, and trustworthy. His crew cleaned up our yard and it is spotless. Edgar and his crew are simply the best. We will be using Fama in the future.

They Came to give us an estimate then came as soon as possible which was within a week whereas other tree services said it would be four to six weeks. They did a very professional job very clean.

Extremely well. Fama gave us a reasonable fee quote that was honored. The work was done in a timely fashion, and Fama did a great job of cleaning up the resulting debris. They were very pleasant to work with and very responsive during the planning stage of the work. They cut down and removed three large trees in about six hours. We were amazed that they were able to finish so quickly.

Came with a crew of 5. Had ample help and got the job done in one afternoon. Very nice, and very Customer oriented. Professional and neat. Cleaned up after the job. I couldn’t ask for more.
