Amazing service. Showed up on time. Took care of everything professionally. One tree was on the boundary of my house. He tried saving me money by checking with the two to see if the tree belongs to them and they will take care of it. Edgar (owner) rocks!

Edgar and his crew took down two dead trees and trimmed two others. They were meticulous in the clean up and removal. The price was reasonable and they do a great job.

The work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

Very well, I called he came out and did the work. Another company that I previously used for pruning couldn't be bothered to come out because he was too busy. Then after begging when they finally showed up they never sent me the quote. So glad I found Fama.

If you don't expect your calls to be returned or them to show up on time, this is the company for you. Pathetic, unprofessional, total disregard for the customer.

Had tree work done in September and they did an amazing job removing and trimming our property. We were having work done before we installed a new fence but some trees couldn’t get taken out until fence got taken out. But we agreed that when the fence was ready to go in to just call and they would come. Our fence was getting installed on 11/14 and we called fama to come and they did. And again they did an amazing job and was so understanding with the short notice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who need tree work. Edgar was so polite and welcoming.

Project went well. Good price. However, communication was a bit of an issue. If you need the work done ASAP, you should probably go elsewhere. It took almost 6 weeks from quotation to actual work being done. Our scheduled time slot would be canceled without advanced notice or warning. And it was hard to reschedule or to be prioritized. You have to keep calling and texting to remind them to fit you into their schedule.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Will hire again for future tree services.

Excellent work. The crew removed a very large tree on my property, and its very large limbs from my neighbor's yard (where it landed after the tropical storm).

The workers were honestly great. Very professional and very polite! Lack of communication occurred when the representative making appointments did not communicate that they do not accept credit card payments. This is essentially important because during storm/emergencies, insurance companies tend to be very busy so going back and forth with showing them proof that we paid is a hassle. Most of us can’t afford to just write a check for proof of payment because many of us depend on that funding for what is occurring in the NOW. The second lack of communication occur when the gentlemen quoting me wrote $600 plus tax. He expected me to find out what the tax calculated to and somehow “reminded me that i was a teacher.” This was very rude because he assumed that all teachers are accounting and financial experts. Which did not sit well with me since that is their job. To provide me with the owed cost with tax included. So you can imagine i had to write a second check. In all, the workers that completed the jobs were good (B) and polite. The B is partially due to management. Last i check, a successful business is a team sport.

The owner did most of the work. The work and cleanup that was performed was excellent. But, the owner had a bad attitude. I would not hire him again.

Fama Tree Service was prompt, professional, and pleasant. They removed several storm damaged and dead trees from a grove with surgical precision and cleaned up our property before leaving. Fantastic work!

Very professional. I had a meeting with these guys a week before 4th of July weekend and a week later they came and trimmed my tree, and cut several other trees on my property. they worked neat, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

Edgar and his crew did a fantastic job. We had multiple trees and shrubs removed, including grinding the stump and trimming to get ready for our fence job. They kept the heavy equipment (chipper) in the driveway so did not damage the grass like the other tree guys we used in the past. They did such meticulous job and left the yard and the drive way clean at the end when they leave. Edgar is such a nice guy and very accommodating and flexible. His crew is very hard working and friendly. He also agree to come back later to finish up some trimming that they didn’t get to after a long hard work day. We definitely recommend them to our friends, family and any future tree work needs.
