+ -1 moreEd visited and diagnosed the electrical range cooktop. Took the $50 which would be applicable towards repairs. Got the amana model and serial number. Very professional behavior. Then disappeared. I called him and left a message. The sales man from PC Richards who had referred him to me called him. No answer. I tried calling him again, no answer. Emailed him on Angie's list...no answer. Reaching out to Amana direct.

+ 0 moreCalls were returned within hours. For most recent repair, I asked to reschedule appointment to earlier time, and reschedule was accommodated. Ed arrived promptly for both repairs. He knew exactly how to approach repair of both stove and microwave. Ed is very neat and cleans up after himself. Repairs were done quickly. Reasonably priced. A pleasure to do business with.
