Be cautious of their Home Advisor rating. Booked Allstate Dependable to provide a chimney inspection before closing on a new property. We drove out to the property and waited for them to arrive in the 2 hour slot provided. We started to call them after around 2 1/4 hours, and all they could say was a message had been sent to the team but they were not calling back to advise when they would get to us. We wasted 5 hours of our day before being told we would need to be rescheduled. We had to do all of the chasing. Wish we had never bothered rescheduling, today we were supposed to be first on the list (i.e. no getting backed up by other jobs). Now 90 minutes past the supposed first 2 hour slot of the day and nothing. Same story as earlier in the week, messages sent to the team but no response. We are having to keep calling them, and they can't provide any assurance of what time they may get to us, if at all. Truly awful customer service, total time waste - a week lost where we could have hired a more reliable company. Avoid if you value your time.
