Todd came out on short notice on a weekend to reconnect our residential service following the power company’s clearing of a downed line caused by a storm. He showed up exactly when promised, quickly assessed the required work, and completed it at a fair price to our absolute satisfaction. In my opinion, he maintains a professional standard that unfortunately is lacking these days. Can’t wait til someone asks me “Can you recommend a good electrician?”

Todd was great! His pricing was more than reasonable in comparison to other companies from which we received quotes. He arrived on time and worked diligently to finish all of the work within 3 days. We had asked for 2 more difficult to tasks to be done: (1) complete installation of recessed lighting (where there was none previously) with capping of old fixtures; and (2) installation of a a pendant light over a staircase with a high ceiling. Todd surpassed our expectations by installing the recessed lighting on his own without any help, in less than a full day's time. The pendant light fixture over the staircase required Todd to return a couple times to our house to try out different methods of installation -- eventually, the light fixture was installed with his use of several specialty ladders and scaffolding. Todd never asked to charge us more than his original quote, even though the job ended up being more difficult than originally expected. I would definitely recommended hiring Todd for anyone looking for lighting work.

We didn’t have an outlet in the bathroom of our 1950s cape and the wiring in our bathroom was above my amateur capabilities. I really didn’t want to deal with drywall repairs either because we had guests coming within the week. I called Todd on a Saturday morning. He was working on our project by that afternoon. He worked efficiently and with total respect for our home. No drywall repairs, outlet conveniently located, and we were fully operational by 5 pm that same day!

Todd set a time to come, then called and said he wouldn't send his crew. "Your street is nice but I can't send my guys through those streets,'' he said. Maybe you've had bad experiences here. If that's the case, I empathize -- no one should feel unsafe on a job. But don't advertise that you service all of Mercer County if you won't come to a Trenton historic district. The C grade is for the fast initial contact and the cancellation call. At least it wasn't a no-show.

Todd, the owner, was friendly and prompt. The job was done efficiently and quickly. Some hourly quotes I got were crazy high. T.W.O. Electrical was reasonable. I would definitely call Todd again!

I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. I called Todd with a GFCI issue at 9:30 AM, and he was here at 10. He explained up front what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Two hours later, the problem was solved. It was not an easy task. Installation issues kept popping up. Todd handled each one in turn until the project was done properly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. I will certainly call Todd again for any and all electrical service work I need, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing service.

Called on a Friday morning and set up an appointment for Monday morning which was missed. I called back and was able to reschedule for later that day. Todd identified one of the issues with my pendant light (wire not working) and fix and indicated that a part would be needed to address the remaining issue. He changed out the switch also. I asked for an estimate for the part replacement and installation work. A week went by and I did not hear back, so I called again and was told an estimate would be provided later that day. Still had not received the next day so I contacted another electrician who was able to provide an estimate and complete job in under a week. While I was happy with the work that Todd completed, I found it a bit challenging to schedule and obtain a follow-up proposal.

Todd showed on time. He worked very hard explained everything in detail. He did an excellent job. His work is neat, clean and very well done. A True Professional that I would recommend.
