The experience with Todd was excellent. I was having an issue with GFI outlets. He diagnosed and corrected the problem in a timely and efficient manner.

Todd responded immediately and came out the next morning. He quickly determined the cause and repaired it within an hour. We will be using him for future upcoming projects and I would definitely recommend him to others!

This is by far one of the best contractors (not just electrician category!) that I have worked with in terms of professionalism, value and just plain friendliness. Todd gave a quick rough estimate based on my description. He made an appointment convenient to us on a Saturday afternoon and didn’t charge extra. He provided a window of time he could come. He provided updates to narrow down the window throughout the morning. And he arrived on time. He was friendly, explained things, and was just really nice. Price was best pricing of all estimates we got before picking this company. And there were no surprises. He gave some practical suggestions too. He allowed payment via Venmo or Apple Pay too. Very satisfied. Will use again for sure anytime we have any electrical related needs.

It didn't go at all. I called on a Thursday and Todd says he will call me next day from another job to confirm appointment for estimate. He never called. I call and I get the reaction of "today?" from Todd. Says he will come on Saturday. Calls Saturday to cancel. Says he can come 5/24 between 7 and 8am. Well it is 7:57am and I call him to confirm he is on the way and I get the same reaction, "today?" from Todd again. Basically told him to forget it that this is third time he cancelled on me and hung up. I cannot say how his work is because I could not get him to come to house. Based on this I could not recommend him.

Called Sunday evening, got a call back a few hours later and an appointment the next morning. They showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue (loose wire in one outlet). Repaired that and check other outlets on the circuit.

Todd came to my home for an in-person quote and gave us a very reasonable price. We were able to schedule the work within a week. Everything looks great and I am very happy with the work performed. He was easy to contact and communicate with. I would certainly hire again.

Todd was a great electrician to work with. He was easy to get a hold of, came and gave a quote right away and then came and did the job as soon as we were ready to move forward. ORIGINAL Was nice on the phone. Arrived within the time frame. I explained the work, he took a quick look around and walked out the door saying he wasn't taking the job. I asked him why and he just said "I'm not taking the job" and left without an explanation. I know the house is old but I would have liked to understand better what he saw that would make him leave like that. UPDATE The electrician called me after seeing this review to explain his side of the situation. One of the rooms that was partially without electric was that of my roommate, who has his room filled a lot of things which makes it difficult to get around. When the electrician called he explained there was not enough room for him to work in there. I told him that I realized that, and, if he had talked to me when he was here, I could have told him that we had plans to clear out the room before the work started. He apologized. So I am changing my original "F" rating to that of a "C". I have not used this electricians' services and can not rate him on the quality of his work.
