Told the client we're having a very busy week. We'll try to take on the job. Although, no promises. Then informed the client that I'll call him on 08/19/20 between 12-2 pm to see if we can get to the job. Called within the timeframe and said we cannot make it today. How about tomorrow? Client said yes. Called on 08/20/20 around 4pm. Said we can come tonight. He said the I have a medical appointment. Can't be at the home, but I'll have someone there. I said that I needed him/the homeowner to sign off on the paperwork to allow my company to legally work on the dwelling. He said I'll call you tomorrow to set something up. That's the last I've heard from him! Then this was posted. My company keeps a very thorough log book. Every single client and detail is well documented!
