I am sure I could have been considered annoying with my questions but Dave and Marilyn did not mind and were always a pleasure to speak with. Dave always made time to explain to me everything in full detail, whether about the supplies being used or to tell me what was going to happen next and when. He and his team maintained schedule, communicated and never left a mess on my property. Dave and his team have an outstanding quality of service. He is trustworthy, patient and an expert in plumbing in my book. I highly recommend Dave and his team for any job big or small.
Description of Work: Capital Improvement to Property New Water Service Curb to House Call for underground utility mark out. Apply and purchase permit. Cut opening for new water service in basement on northeast corner and set sleeve. Mole new 1 inch copper water service from basement to curb approx. 30 + linear ft. *Saw cut existing sidewalk panel, remove and set aside. Install new 1 inch ball valve where water service enters basement. Run new 1 inch copper M tubing inside basement to existing meter location and connect, approx. 35 feet. All pipe shall be supported as required to building structure. After inspection, backfill excavation at curb and re-set sidewalk panel Relocate meter – as per conversation at appointment Replace shut off valve Change Order: Install new clean out at point of repair.Run additional 20 linear ft. of 1 in. type “L” copper tubing across front lawn
