My experience with Karl's Roofing Company was excellent. The person who came out to represent the firm was excellent. The work that they did was excellent. We had to have them back a few times because we were having a pool installed at the same time. So, they had to come through our neighbor’s yard. They were here on time. They were very professional. I can’t say enough good things about them. Their price was very reasonable. My interaction with the workers was wonderful and they spoke English. I would use them again in the future if required.

The work was started on the day selected and the crew promptly arrived each day and completed the work in 3 days as promised. The landscaping was protected and all of the debris was removed from the property by the end of each day. The old roof was completely removed to the decking, defects on the roof decking were repaired and a new roof was installed per the manufacturers instructions (I checked). They installed ridge vents, which were not previously installed and secured the roof leaders. Karl, the owner of the company, was on the site all day and every day. The workers were very dilligent, hardworking and worked as an experienced crew. The job was planned perfectly and no sections of the roof were left without shingles at the end of each day. Although Karl's price was not the lowest of the three quotes I obtained, I selected Karls Roofing because the company was represented directly by the company owner who was honest and responsive to my questions. I also observed his projects on other roofs in my neighborhood and was impressed by the end product. I am very happy with the job and would not hesitate to hire Karls Roofing again.
