Reviewed operation of our 6-zone sprinkler system. Adjusted and repaired sprinklers as needed*. Provided great advice on potential future improvements as well as simple lawn watering times/amounts. * We had a lot of damaged sprinklers after the exceptionally cold winter (even though the lines were properly evacuated.)

On April 22, a crew came out to start my sprinkler for the spring and discovered one line had been badly clogged by tree roots. They said they could not make the repair that day but would be back in a few weeks. They didn't return until July 13. When they did, they acted as if they were discovering the clog for the first time. They hadn't brought the necessary equipment to remove the clogged line and repair the new one. The crew said I would have to call headquarters and make a new appointment to have the repair made. I tried. I called them multiple times since, never getting a person, only an answering machine. The machine promises a call back and quot;within 24 hours.and quot; But have not gotten a single call back. I finally left a message telling them that they were fired and that I have found another company.

I'm very satisfied with them. He explains and goes over and shows you what he is doing. He is in the business to make you come back. He is also very prompt and gets here when he says.
