Not well. Our original microwave, part of a complete Frigidaire Kitchen set, was sold to us by Mark, the salesman, near the end of 2009. That microwave stopped functioning in June, 2013. We were told that it would cost in excess of $300 to fix. Since that same oven cost $500, we decided to puchase another one. My wife tried to contact Mark leaving 3 different messages but he refused to call back. Finally she placed the order with Mary, now the sales person since Mark had become the owner. The new microwave, the exact same model as the old one, was delivered on July 3. Louis removed the old one and installed the new one. When he was finished, I asked him If it was all ready for our use. He assured me that it was. The next morning my wife attempted to heat her oatmeal. She pressed the number 2 and the microwave started to make a clicking sound and then a much louder buzzing sound. In addition, a burning smell came from the oven. We immediately turned it off. We decided that we could not chance another faulty microwave and that we would ask Mark, the owner, to have the microwave removed and return us a credit for the $576 we had been charged. The problem was that Mark still didn't want to talk to us. His sales lady, Mary, was very nice but we wanted to speak to the owner, Mark. She said that Mark told her to make a swap. I became a bit strident and chided her that I had told her that it was Mark to whom I wished to speak. She said "he was on a job". Not long after, the phone.rang. It was Mark .I opened by saying that he was very difficult to get ahold of and hadn't answered my wife's phone calls. He said he was very busy and that's what he had other people for. I reminded him that he had made the &7,000 sale from us. He said he couldn't call me today because he was sick. I said his sales lady had said he was on a job. He attempted to recover by saying it was none of my business. He immediately said that he would swap for another microwave. I told him that we did not want a swap. We wanted the microwave out of our house and our money back. He said he would do that because he didn't want to deal with "nasty people like us" We returned the faulty microwave on July 9th. Since he has not followed thru and returned our money I found it necessary to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Description of Work: Sold us a new microwave for one that they had originally sold us that no longer worked.

Armstrong's delivery / installer guy, Anthony, and his helper showed up on time and promptly disconnected and removed the existing 1985 era appliances. They had to remove the doors on the refrigerator to get it into the kitchen. No problem. Everything went smothly and they were very neat and careful. Took them about two and one half hours from start to finish. They had all the paper work, user manuals and rebate information with them. The appliances arrived about two weeks later than originally promised because the refrigerator was damaged at their warehouse and had to be reordered. Still waiting for my rebates ($1,100), which may take 12 to 16 weeks. Hopefully we get them in a timely manner. Total cost including four new stainless steel appliances, delivery, installation, extended five year warranty, tax and with rebates will be $2,900. Great stuff, great deal, easy to deal with their customer service and my wife loves her new toys...........
Description of Work: Ordered all new appliances for our kitchen. Got Frigidaire Gallery line. Armstrong put together an excellent package in response to my request giving description of our desires and price range. They delivered and installed our new dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator and microwave oven.
