Tech came out on Tuesday to service our furnace and look at duct work. Furnace was working but we could tell there was an issue. The tech told us that the diagnostics told him the furnace was ok but might need work in the future. 36 hours late our furnace stopped working. We called back and had the tech respond back out. They wanted to charge us another $135 service fee. Tech then found an issue with the capacitor and stated it needed to be replaced. Charged us $300 for a $35 part. The tech advised that the blower motor would most likely need to be replaced as well and quoted that at $2,290. 8 hours later our furnace stopped working again. The next day we hired a different company. They came out and advised it would cost $1,000 to replace the same. Before picking up the parts, the company checked and advised everything was covered under the warranty still and replaced the same for $350 in labor costs and service fees. The original tech made no mention of a warranty.

No longer a family owned business. Owned by venture capital firm. Repair people earn commissions and it is in their best interest to REPLACE equipment whether it is needed or not.

Quick service for a steam pipe which needed to be capped. Would recommend for any boiler system issues.

We used this company to install a boiler furnace at our previous home. We also used them to install a new furnace and central air conditioning system at our present home. We continue to use air experts for maintenance of systems.

I hired them for heating and AC maintenance. When they got to my location for the AC maintenance contract work, I got hit with a $2,000.00 repair bill. I was encouraged to look into a new system since this system is 13 years old and now is prone to failure. I would expect my service contractor would want me to have my existing unit to last as long as possible before recommendation of a new system. I expected my unit to last longer than 13 years since I have had this unit service since installation for Heating and AC maintenance for the 13 years. This system should have had minimum repair or replace parts problems. So, I was surprised with this major repair work bill which occur with my AC maintenance check. Hopefully after I get the unit parts replaced, I will not need a new system when I do the winter maintenance check or another major repair bill.

This is the second project I have used Air Experts for and I am completely pleased with the service and results. Everyone I encountered from start to finish was straight forward, transparent, friendly and respectful of my property, and patient with my many questions. I was given several options and explanations for each option and communication was excellent with same day responses , often several times a day. I will continue to use Air Experts, they are a stellar company. .

Needed to check why my electric bill doubled. Only main use of electricity was our heat pump. Air conditioning Experts was very helpful and quickly sent a tech to check out the situation gratis. I use them for regular maintenance and the techs and office personnel are always pleasant and helpful.
