Description of Work: Never provided quote, even though I called to follow up several times. This was very disappointing as I was very happy with his initial visit where we talked about what I wanted done. Wish this would have gone better.

+ 0 moreMike the owner is very personable. He came to our house at a good time for us and listened to our ideas and made suggestions. He gave us good information about the products he uses. Mike took pictures and made an appointment at a convenient time for us to meet and see some computer images. The fact he used a computer to show us what he came up with really helped us to have a vision before we purchased. Mike also listened to us and was willing to work within our budget. His crew came out when he said they would and they worked diligently from day one. Along the way Mike always took our calls and responded to emails in a timely fashion. The work was completed as we expected and we could not be more thrilled; it looks beautiful. I would use this service again and I would not hesitate to recommend Mike's Hardscapes to anyone. Worth every penny!
