+ -1 moreMike promptly returned my call for service and we scheduled the appliance repair, at my request, within the next 2 days. He agreed to call me when he was on my way to my house (which he did). Mike arrived on time and was very courteous , professional and friendly. The igniter replacement was completed within an hour after Mike determined which igniter was needed and went to purchase the part. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will definitely call Crest Appliance in the event that I need another appliance repair.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with Crest Appliance - and would not hesitate to call them again when needed - he arrived on time, he was courteous and very professional. The price was very fair.
Description of Work: Our gas dryer was not producing heat - called Crest Appliance (which we found on Angie's List), Mike came to the house the next day at our request - arrived on time and determined within ten minutes that the problem was a thermostat - he had a replacement part with him and the dryer was fixed and running like new.

+ -1 moreCrest was great! I made the call - he came out, we discussed the problem with my stove and some repair options. He got my stove working again quickly, saving us a from a major purchase before the holidays. He was very nice, timely and reasonable. I recommended Crest highly!!
Description of Work: My stove stopped working completely - we had lighter problems & the stove didn't work at all. We were not excited to buy a new stove & hoped we could have it repaired.

Description of Work: I I have used Crest four times and have always been satisfied. Most recently my washing machine broke. Was full of water and wouldn't drain. Mike was over within the hour. Had the needed part in his car and the whole job was done in a few minutes. The charge was $128. I called him a couple of years ago to fix my gas dryer. It needed a belt. Cost? $79. A year before that my stove was not working. I called Mike and he came right out. The stove needed a new flame sensor and a new thermostat. Cost? $100. Very nice, very knowledgeable and very well priced. It is nice to know that when something breaks, I can get someone out so quickly and be assured that the problem will be fixed and reasonably. I highly recommend Crest.
